Andrew was very polite and informative, explained what was or wasn’t going on with my clogged pipe. Walked me through the repair process so I could make an informed decision. I am very pleased with the service I was provided, the cost was more affordable than their competitors. I am definitely going to recommend Sunny to everyone in my neighborhood.

Had our water heater flushed today and the technician, Daniel Bustos was fantastic—super sweet, professional, and did an excellent job. Highly recommend! Such a positive experience!! Thank you!!

Here is your response: I would like to convey my appreciation to Floyd Williams for doing a fabulous job in resolving the HVAC issue that we were experiencing. He meticulously checked all aspects of the unit and was able to identify the issue and what was causing it. He was able to find the part which was available more than an hour away. Thereafter he drove all the way to pick the parts and come back and complete the installation well in time before the start of the cold temperatures. Floyd went above and beyond our expectations (we did not think that the issue would be resolved within the day) and we are grateful to him for completing the work to our satisfaction. Jim came and explained the trouble shooting process in detail. He methodically went through the process until he discovered the problem and was able to fix it. Very nice and friendly person. I recommend him 100%.

Just had a routine check up/maintenance as a precaution and the technician, Abdu, was one of the nicest person who thoroughly explained what needs to be done to avoid future issues with my old system in place. Not much needed to be done as it is now in working order but service was good, 10/10 for Abdu.

I would highly recommend Sunny Service to anyone! My technician (Mason) did an amazing job!—Mason is very knowledgeable, skilled and compassionate. He explained everything before he did the work as well as after the installation was complete. Now let me explain how this company, and specifically Mason went above and beyond to get the job done. I live in an older home and everyone knows older homes come with some "surprises". As Mason was installing the unit there was some difficulty with the inside closet due to some makeshift "fixing" by the previous owners which required Mason to have to come up with a way to get the new unit to fit correctly. In a sense it was almost like getting a square peg to fit in a round hole, but Mason Amazingly managed to get everything in properly. I would say he is a puzzle master because it definitely took some extra work. Another thing I want to point out is that we have 3 dogs in our home and Mason and his assistant Alfonzo went above and beyond to try and make sure that we were capable of taking the dogs in and out for potty breaks, even if it meant having to ask them to stop briefly. I can say that a lot of technicians would not do this. This company is not a get in and get out type of company. They truly care about their customers. Sunny Service has a customer for life and will definitely be my go-to for all of my future AC/Heating needs! Thank you to Mason and Alfonzo and Sunny Service for taking care of my family's AC needs... you are AMAZING!

He was very kind and professional, our thermostat was not working, he diagnosed the problem and gave us a code with the fee without creating unnecessary charges. Then he promptly got to work and step by step explained what he was doing. He fixed the problem with confidence in a short time. We recommend him for his excellent service.

Benjamin B tech that came out was very professional from speaking on the phone to his work ethic his cleanliness and explaining step by step what all he was going to do. Company has earned my business for life and have already recommend to my family and friends.

Michael and his team did an excellent job installing our new air conditioner. They were polite. Worked efficiently and everything looks pristine! Sunny’s is a great choice all around!

The customer service was great! Michael and the team did a full system install at my business and it went smoother than I thought would be possible! They got the job done very timely, no mess was left behind, and they were very easy to deal with throughout the process.

It was Lennox Warrenty part repair. Max found the evaporator coil leak, ordered the part. Abel came out to install, both techs were professional and polite. I appreciated Justin the Service Manager calling me before the first tech came out so I could explain the situation. Highly recommended.

Sunny Service was awesome today in providing my annual maintenance, specifically because their tech Louis exceeded expectations.. arrived promptly and was HIGHLY informative, professional and did a great job communicating. Made me very comfortable in considering additional services and represented Sunny Service quite well

My heater went down on Saturday, beginning of the ice and snow storm this past weekend.
I called Sunny Service same day but no service trucks were running due to the storm and road conditions. They put me on their call list for Sunday in case the roads improved which they did not. Then on Monday I received a text from Sunny Services saying a technician was in route. Jesus Ortiz showed up couple hours later and was able to diagnose the problem and had the replacement part in his truck.
Had the heater working within 2 hours upon his arrival.
I think price was a little over price but considering the weather there weren’t many other options.
The replacement part came with 12 month warranty so that’s a positive in my opinion.

They were the best tradesmen (plumbers) we've ever worked with. My wife and I are both 73, and bought our first, and only, house in 1988. Have, over the years, had a reasonable number of tradesmen in for minor repairs and maintenance, and never had anyone so friendly and eager to do what we wanted, if it was still code. The repair was replacing all the sewer pipes under the house (our house is pier and beam so they could work under the house for some of the work). They also replaced a 75 foot sewer line from the house ( built in 1908, 117 years old) and tied it into the city sewer line. The had to do a fair amount of excavation, and filled in the trenches appropriately. Could not be happier. Will happily recommend them.

I was extremely pleased With the service I received. Israel And Johnny very professional and very knowledgeable. They worked very diligently and went over and above to get my attic ducts and vents cleaned. they took their time and did excellent clean up afterwards! Could not be happier. I highly recommend sunny service.

My technician, Abraham, came out really quickly, he was honest and gave me a lot of information, he also had a really great attitude. He was super professional and broke everything down clearly, super easy to talk to. I hope to get him again!
