Andrew was very polite and informative, explained what was or wasn’t going on with my clogged pipe. Walked me through the repair process so I could make an informed decision. I am very pleased with the service I was provided, the cost was more affordable than their competitors. I am definitely going to recommend Sunny to everyone in my neighborhood.

Here is your response: I would like to convey my appreciation to Floyd Williams for doing a fabulous job in resolving the HVAC issue that we were experiencing. He meticulously checked all aspects of the unit and was able to identify the issue and what was causing it. He was able to find the part which was available more than an hour away. Thereafter he drove all the way to pick the parts and come back and complete the installation well in time before the start of the cold temperatures. Floyd went above and beyond our expectations (we did not think that the issue would be resolved within the day) and we are grateful to him for completing the work to our satisfaction. Thanks you Floyd and thank you Sunny Service !!
