We will soon be celebrating our 30 year anniversary.....with Metroguard! And as long as I can remember, Ed has been our technician. When the office calls to set our appointment, they know not to send anyone but Ed - he is probably the best service technician we have, and credit him with us NOT having nasty little critters in our home...and I should say 3 homes, since Ed has moved with us to each home over these years. He is polite, kind, and always goes the extra mile, whether it's to alert us to do something different in our home to avoid pests, or explaining the chances of seeing another one.... if we have captured some strange insect outside in a jar or bag and kept alive for weeks 'til he got here to advise.
Wouldn't dream of using another pest control
company....and be sure to ask for Ed, he's your man!!!!
