Damien came highly recommended from my basketball friend for a closet drywall, baseboard, and primer/paint rebuild. He was professional, always on time, affordable, and transparent. Our plumbers fixed a poor/lazy shower faucet install that lead to a slow leak and eventual mold growth over the last 2+ years since we built our new house. After the mold remediation company was done tearing up our closet, Damian came to the rescue. He communicated immediately via text, got me a detailed quote within hours, and scheduled me exactly a week later for a 2-day job since he's in Hurst and was willing to drive all the way out to Rockwall. His schedule actually opened up and 5 days later he was finished! Icing on the cake is Damian found a reputable carpet crew, coordinated with them for me, and the next day they were out to finish the closet with brand new pad and carpet. Thanks so much!

I just recently had my roof, gutters, fence, and screens all replaced on my house by Adam and his team. They assisted in my insurance claim, gave me multiple no cost upgrades, and had everything done in a day. I’ve never seen something done so quick with such precision and quality. I now know who to contact if I EVER need anything fixed at my house again and I highly recommend Adam and his team for all your construction needs...both big and small.

OMG! Cortex Construction is awesome. I called them with an emergency and a very small window to get it resolved and not only we they there within 2 hours, but they did more than what I asked for. Communication was easy. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable and they took care of my property like it was their own. I will definitely use them again in the future. Eric Robb of Cortex Const. arrived on time and worked quickly. He removed the old AC and cleaned and prepped the opening for the new unit. He installed the new AC, making sure all weather stripping was in place, AC was secure and was working properly. He also cleaned up all the packing material, and took care of the lg box. This is what I would expect from a professional who knows his craft, cares about his client, and enjoys his work. I highly recommend him.

For the past 12 years, Cortex Construction has provided excellent work around the house including fixing the patio and roof, remodeling the kitchen, and other small projects. I contacted a site manager named Steve Plumber who was employed by Campbell electric who has 2 offices. One office is in Keller, Tx., & the other is in Hurst, Tx. I contacted both offices by email for someone to call me about their short comings. I waited over 1 week with no response. I hired this company to wire a new construction building. I was given an estimate with detail of the parts & labor. I paid half after 3 months of work that was delayed several times due to emergency calls elsewhere. On November 17th, I was given a final bill upon completion. I noticed several items were not installed & brought this to Mr. Plumber’s attention. He said he would send Austin, his worker to attend to these oversights. Austin never returned. I never received a detail itemized bill or receipt. Customers need to be cautious looking to hire electricians.

Be careful doing business with Campbell. We completed worked for them over 6 months also and still have not been paid. We are in the process of taking legal action. Very unprofessional….

BE CAREFUL. We are also in the process of taking legal actions after our invoice has gone 5 months without being paid. Called the owner to ask for a payment status and I was hung up on. They are not responsive, and are the furthest thing from professional.
