I've been in the commercial property business since 1984.
I take great care of my mechanical items and my 4 ton Carrier HVAC just died after 30 YEARS!!!
I wanted another Carrier.
Got multiple quotes and talked to MANY HVAC contractors.
Wife and I were/are very impressed with Brandon!!
I had actually accepted another cheaper proposal but after doing some more research on them, I got a bad feeling about them and canceled the contract and started looking again. GLAD I DID.
I'm a commercial TX real Estate Broker, was President of a property management company for years, have been certified by BOMA as an RPA & IREM as a CPM (2 of the most well-known certifications in commercial real estate management business-you can look them up on web).
I also often operated as a General Contractor on our companies’ projects and had a Contractor Account with City of Dallas.
That said, I know my way around buildings and contractors.
I CAN HONESTLY STATE THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND BRANDON AND MILLIONAIRE TO MY MOTHER OR GRANDMOTHER WITHOUT HESITATION!!!
They may not be the cheapest but their pricing is very fair and reasonable.
Sometimes trying to save money up front can cost more money and aggravation in the long run!
PLEASE give Brandon & MillionAire a try and tell them that Pitt told you to call.
I know you will be pleased and sleep comfortably at night!!

Quick appraisal for free then timely work and turned out the larger plan was necessary. Good, cordial service and discounted w cash paymeny. Our meter has stopped clicking when no water usage so leak was found and new piping put in guaranteed for two years

Brandon did an HVAC evaluation. He answered all of my questions. Scheduling the install was easy. The crew did a great job.

I cant even find the right words to describe how happy, no overjoyed and blessed I am that MillionAire Heating, Air and Plumbing exist. Talked to the office (Holly I believe) this morning and within a couple of hours Michael was pulling up. My drain pan wasn't emptying, the tube was clogged and some wiring was not wired correctly which caused major leaking. Michael explained everything to me, gave me a price, and it was fixed in no time. Thank You MillionAire and Michael for such superb service and at a very reasonable price. I am a customer for life and will definitely be referring you to anyone in need of your service. Oh, I have to mention that Michael is a TOP NOTCH HVAC man. Very professional and down to earth. Arturo the Tech who came out was great. Very friendly, and a vet like myself which I appreciated. He installed a new damper system and it works great now!

Millionaire Plumbers Carson and Cole replaced three of our outdoor hose spigots. They arrived right at the promised time, and were professional, courteous and efficient in getting the work done. The price was fair, and exactly as quoted. We're very pleased with MillionAire and will consider them first for future projects.

Millionaire messed up the installation of a simple HVAC float switch 3 times. Each time we went into our attic and found glaring omissions and lack of completed work, many of which would have flooded our house if we didn’t proactively check their work and ask them to come back. After a long back and forth over email about the botched multiple-thousand dollar job, they offered us an insulting $100 discount on the work. This work was done about 6 months ago. To cap it all off, tonight the float switch they installed just malfunctioned and shut off our HVAC system even though there was no overflow. Overall horrible customer service, and horrible quality of work. One of my most negative experiences with a company as a homeowner.

He helped fixed our problem and was extremely helpful. He was also very reasonable about the price! I would definitely recommend Brandon for your plumbing needs.

We had Millionaire come out to fix our AC. We bought the house a year ago and this was our first summer we've been through. The system is 7 years old and we have had multiple companies come out to have a look at what we believed to be an underperforming unit. With the first 3 companies we received 3 different "fixes" that didn't resolve the issue.
I finally went through reviews to find a good company rather than relying on commercials. Brandon came out and was able to quickly identify a wiring issue. He outlined his plan to resolve the issue and was upfront with how much it would cost. I am incredibly grateful to have found a company that fixed my system without just sticking a bandaid that hides the underlying problem. I cannot recommend them enough.

Arturo provided excellent customer service and showed pictures of why our heating system was not working. He made logical sense and did not try to "oversell" us on what we didn't really need, but provided us options with additional services if we chose one possibility over another. He worked diligently and professionally and was a great problem solver. THANK YOU!

Awesome people, first time to use them. Responded quickly to my online request and were here with in 1 hour! Randy was my tech and he was great. Diagnosed system and repaired with a quick fix and low cost.

I had an amazing experience with this company. My technician, Chris, was at my home all day, diagnosing the problem and finding the best solution for me. He came back the next day with Randy and fixed my unit. I highly recommend! Everyone was very responsive and kind.

I put in a request late Sunday during the height of this ice storm 1-25-26- Brandon the owner immediately texted and called to see how he could help. Not pushy, not salesy’ - just helpful. Even with ALL warehouses closed he found a way to come out first thing Monday morning and replace the entire hvac unit to help my family get some heat. I don’t know many companies that have customer service as top tier as Brandon and his Team. Anthony and Max completed an entire hvac install in less than 6 hours. They worked in the ice and didn’t complain once. If you need an honest review of HVAC companies, this is the one. I’d give them 6 stars if I could. I’ll never call or use another hvac company, ever. Great job to the team and I absolutely recommend Millionaire.

I had Millionaire Air air out today to check on my furnace that was not heating. They were able to come out same day and diagnose the issue giving me three options for Repair. I highly recommend. And the service technician, art was fabulous, friendly, and very informative.

Millionaire Heating, Air, and Plumbing installed my two heating/air conditioning system a few years ago and I have a semi-annual inspection with them to ensure that the system is functional with no problems. They recently completed my semi-annual system inspection, replaced filters and found no issues with the system. I have used them for several years and they are very good at their job. I highly recommend Millionaire Heating, Air, and Plumbing. I think they are a great compnay.

In preparation for the recent winter storm, I discovered that the value to shut off the water to my sprinkler system was corroded and was inoperable. Reached out to several plumbers on Yelp to collect quotes and Cole came out to provide an in-person estimate. I appreciated his attempt to see if the corroded handle could be replaced before providing a quote to replace the entire valve. He came back a few days later and made the replaced the valve in less than 1 hour, applied some kind of paint on the handle to protect it from rusting in the future and installed some river rock to keep the soil in the underground sprinkler box from eroding. He was very kind and charged me his hourly rate for this repair, which I also appreciated very much. Would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

I didn't realize that "MillionAire" in their name meant that they would be sending out millionaires as plumbers. They charged about $500 to rebuild the internals of a toilet tank which took 30 minutes. I ended up getting it done because of the sunken cost of the trip charge. The plumber even said it was a standard charge for repairing the toilet tank, but they won't tell you over the phone. Could easily be shown on their webpage. Lack of transparency is their business model. But the work was done well, the area was cleaned up and the plumber was polite. Just be aware of the exorbitant charges

We called MillionAire out after another company tried to convince us that our new units were in horrible disrepair and that the cost to repair was just under $10,000.00. Fortunately, I thought to find a company with consistently stellar reviews in MillionAire. Daniel from MillionAire came out, fixed our problem for $250, was honest, explained everything, treated our home with the utmost respect, and was an all around pleasure to do business with. I absolutely recommend MillionAire for plumbing issues based on my first experience with this company. From the first call to their office my experience was great. Setting the Appointment was easy, then communications throughout were prompt, thorough, but not an annoyance.
The plumber, Cole was friendly, professional and experienced. He was thorough, left no mess behind and left our home better than he found it.
MillionAire is excellent.
