Honest Air Conditioning and Plumbing

Had Honest Plumbing & Air installed a couple of HVAC systems a few years ago. Great job on the initial installation. Recently had one of the unit stopped working. Honest sent a tech the next day and Jeremy Valdez troubleshot and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. No charge for either parts replaced or labor; all covered under warranty. A very happy customer.

After a week of burning up with no AC and dealing with another company that promised a lot and didn't deliver, I called Honest Plumbing and Air. They sent someone out within 48 hours and he was able to get my AC back up and running the same day. The part that I had to wait for the other company to order Honest already had in stock. After replacing the part it still wasn't working and their repairman spent another 90 mins deducting the problem until it was fixed. And the kicker is the price was almost $400 less than what I was quoted from the other company. I will use Honest for all my AC and Heating needs from now on.

I had an appointment scheduled with Honest AC and had been waiting over a month for them to come and inspect my AC unit. The day of the appointment they called and stated, “due to increase in emergency calls we have to reschedule all our non-emergency calls for the Fall” with no apology, just a “thank you for your cooperation”. I wanted my AC system to be looked at before Summer began, and the replacement time they offered was 2 months later in September, after summer is over. That defeats the purpose of a preventative maintenance visit. They refused to offer a sooner appointment when I reached back out. If you scroll through their reviews, you’ll see I’m not the first person this has happened to.
