What a great company. The tech's were outstanding. I have already recommended them twice.

Working on the apartment building next door to my house, they keep stealing the pavers from our yard and shed. They also can't fix the problem next door they were hired for. They will however scream, swear, and threaten you for asking them to return your property they took!

Was told to wait at home between 12 and 2.

At 1230 I opened the front door and there was a note that said "sorry we missed you 12:00". There was no knock, call or text mesage. There were 3 cars in the driveway and my wife and I were sitting 10 feet from the front door with 2 guests. While with my guests I thought I saw a shadow at the front door just walk by. A solicitor obviously leaving a flyer. No it was the plumber not wanting to do his job.

Called the office, they could not offer a reasonable resolution and defended their plumber. Will never call again.

My commercial building was having a plumbing emergency at 4pm on Friday. I was calling every plumber in Pflugerville, trying to get someone to come in immediately. PDQ claimed they could be there in half an hour, so I stopped calling around and waited for them. An hour later, I called and was told that I should have received a call already from the plumber. 10 minutes later, I did (this is 70 minutes after he was being "immediately dispatched to my location). He informed me that he was just leaving Taylor but could be to my location in about an hour (or more than 2 hours after my initial call). He showed up after 6, removed the clog in the main line, then told me that there was more stuff but he couldn't get it and would need a camera to do anything more. But he doesn't do camera work after hours. Well, it's only "after hours" because you took 2 hours to get here, instead of the promised 30 minutes.

I called S & D Plumbing immediately after and had a wonderful experience. If you were thinking of using PDQ Plumbing, just search S & D Plumbing instead.

To make matters worse for PDQ, they called me Monday morning to get paid - and charged me the "after hours" rates because they didn't start the work until 6pm. The worse experience I've had with a plumbing company.

PDQ Plumbing is a great company, with the most knowledgeable plumbers you could ask for. I will not be choosing anyone else but PDQ for future plumbing needs. They explained everything to us and showed up in the approximate time I was given.

Always and only my plumbers I call. They have always taken care of any repairs around the house I have needed. Great customer service and great work. Highly recommend.

These guys are fantastic!! Everything about hiring them was easy, super professional and friendly team. Rates are even better, so definitely would recommend.

Justin and Tim were knowledgeable, kind, hard working and generous! They flushed our water heater, explained what was happening and when our old plastic valve broke they replaced it for free with a metal one! Other companies were going to charge us 250 to replace that valve! When we go to buy a new water heater which will be soon, we will be calling PDQ.

Had a great experience with pdq plumbing. Tyler dispatched Chris and justin, they removed my toilet before a remodel and reinstalled once flooring was done. The work was 5 stars and the price was reasonable.

We tried to go through the insurance to get our plumbing fixed. That was a disaster! The insurance “approved plumber “ told us that there was “no mechanical failure.” I guess water leaking from under all the toilets is normal for them.
So I called around and talked to Tyler from PDQ Plumbing. I told him my problem and he was extremely helpful! The guys came over and explained what they were doing and my options. At one point they could have continued with the camera for the pipes but they let me know that they didn’t think it was necessary. They could have taken advantage of the fact that I clearly don’t know anything about plumbing but they were very gentlemanly about it. The guys that came over were very polite and respectful.

PDQ came out and fixed a slab leak in my kitchen for me about a month ago and did a great job. I called them again today because I woke up with water in my bedroom this morning. They were there early and checked the pressure. No leaks. They went next door to my neighbor and discovered that they had the leak not me. I was so relived. No charge for this too. Great professional local company. Thanks PDQ!

My friend recently used them and they showed up on time, were very polite and professional. They had great knowledge on how to fix the situation. If I ever need plumbing these are the guys I will call first!

Tyler and the crew at PDQ are excellent and I highly recommend using them for your plumbing needs. Had a bit of an emergency on Saturday with our bathtubs backing up and water leaking from under the toilets. Tyler was out in the matter of an hour or so and got the clog out and got us back up and running but explained we should follow up with a camera scope of the drain. Very reasonable rates for a Saturday and very professional. Came back Monday morning with the camera and found a crack in the pipe due to tree roots. Was able to give a reasonable quote on the spot and said someone would be out Tuesday morning. The crew actually arrived later the same day to start excavation. They would've finished that day, but weather prevented it. They covered the area with a tarp and finished by 1 PM today. They explained everything step by step and were consummate professionals.
