Reviews of local pros in Ingleside, Texas

I called for an A/C check up, and a live person answered the phone right away. We scheduled an appointment for same day. The technician was on time, clean and polite. The service was quick and thorough. I will have them back every six months.

Just bought a house that we knew had an old AC. Thomas is a real professional after dealing with other companies he helped us figure it out with great proposals for options. They are high tech and have a high bar for integrity. Once we decided he got it done the same week in one day of hard work installing the attic and outdoor units with his team. House was cool by 7:30 pm. And a great future seasonal service plan as part of the deal. Confidence and Trust is peace of mind. We totally recommend Ridgewood AC/Heating.

Looking for a great a/c guy? I HIGHLY recommend Ridgewood Air Conditioning and Heating! My condensing unit was freezing up which normally is a sure sign of a refrigerant leak. I was preparing to have to pay to replace a coil or unit. Thomas advised me there were no leaks, and the unit was charged. However when the other a/c company installed the unit last summer, they did not account for the extra length in the copper lines (the manufacturer only accounts for 10ft of line) which calls for more refrigerant. Less than 2lbs of refrigerant and now it's working great! Thank you Thomas for your honesty, integrity, and knowledge!

Very pleased with the prompt and professional service. Tommy checked everything and then explained what was needed and why. We had to replace the old unit but his price was way lower than other estimates I had gotten in the past. I would highly recommend Ridgewood ac for all your heating and cooling needs.

Huge Thanks to Ridgewood Air Conditioning & Heating, LLC! Fast response, great communication, minimal downtime and affordable repairs—truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommend for reliable, professional service. You saved our day! Ingleside Kennels Team.
