We have been buying washer, dryer and refrigerator from Max for many years. He is a super nice guy!! He always guarantee his products. My dryer recently broke down, he came right after i called him to come fix the problem. Great price too!! He is the man for the job and his shop is the place for your products!!

I USED THIS COMPANY FOR MY WASHING MACHINE ABOUT 5 YEARS AGO THEY CAME AFTER HOURS WERE VERY REASONABLE ON THE PRICE HAD THE PROBLEM FIXED IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES AND COULD NOT HAVE BEEN FRIENDLIER I LOVE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY GREAT

I called and they were able to get me in the same afternoon. My LG washing machine was leaking. Eli came out exactly on time, was very friendly, knowledgeable, explained the problem, and fixed the leak. My dog also liked Eli (which is saying something).

The company I had an appt with today cancelled on me at 1130 this morning with no notice. I called Max Appliance Repair and they got me in today to look at my refrigerator. Russell was great. Very professional, on time and honest about my fridge. Not the best news but he really did all he could to try to fix it.

I found this company from a vetted list mailed out to homeowners from Dallas County. My refrigerator was out and I called on a Tuesday (heading into Memorial Day weekend) and they sent Bill out same day. He diagnosed the problem and told me what it would cost for parts & labor and that it would take 3 - 5 days to get the parts. On Friday afternoon he tested to say parts were in and he could come install. I said YES to that! In no time at all, it was cooling rapidly. My decision making process was: the frig is 9 years old and never had a problem - until it did. The repair was $$ but still cheaper than a new refrigerator so I took the chance. I'm hoping for a few more years out of it ( and BTW, my garage refrigerator is 30 + years old). Only time will tell if this was a good decision but I do have confidence in this company (my 1st time using any repair service) and if the need arose, I would call them again.

Dymtro was fantastic with my LG fridge. He was able to quickly identify the issue and fixed the fan within minutes. He was very knowledgeable about LG products. Friendly, professional and very knowledgeable particularly about LG products. I will definitely call Max Appliance and ask for him if I have other appliance issues.

*UPDATE: Gina contacted me from the company and was very kind. She apologized and wanted to do everything she could to make it right. I really appreciated her taking the time to reach out to me directly. Our fridge and washing machine are still working great!
Arif was extremely rude and unprofessional. He interrupted us and talked over us at every chance he could. He was disrespectful and demanding that we pay the bill immediately without giving me time to review the bill with my husband (I needed a maximum of five minutes). He did not clean up after himself and left a dirty workspace for us to clean up. This was the worst experience I have ever had from a service call. Arif made me feel very uncomfortable, and I was shocked the way that he spoke to both of us.

This being said, the work we wanted done was completed with notice of a 30 day warranty on the work performed. We were informed of the cost before the work was done. The pricing was reasonable and we were happy to have the work performed for the provided cost. Everything would have been fine if he did not interrupt my business call and demand he was paid immediately so that he could go to his next job. We all have jobs, and we were not treated as a client should be. We will not be using Max Appliance Repair again.

Highly unprofessional, we had them service a rental and the tech, Izzy, would not stop contacting the tenant.

I would go out of my way to encourage someone to not use this company.

I do not recommend Max Appliance in Dallas. Despite the fact that they did in fact fix my LG Dryer, I was charged $345 for a $15 part and one hour of labor. After the work was completed, i was handed an invoice in the amount of $345 with no details. When i asked him to provide the details on how he arrived at this amount, he wrote $125 on the parts line and $240 on the labor line. When i asked him to explain how he arrived at $240 for labor, he was unable to do so. The repairs took place on a Saturday so i called their office on Monday to speak to a manager and was told no manager was available and to call back the next day. I called again and was told the manager was out of the country on business and to call back next week.
I have little confidence I will ever speak to a manager or that this will be resolved to my satisfaction. Max Appliance may fix your appliance, but they will literally charge you whatever they want with no detailed explanation to substantiate the costs. I did some homework on this company, but did not pay close enough attention to their Google Reviews. Do yourself a favor and do not call Max Appliance.

Damn! Should've read the reviews first. Price quoted on the phone was not the same. Don't fall for low $89 service it's to get them in the door. Charged me $200 to twist a pipe on a garbage disposal to fix the dishwasher. Not veteran friendly and if you live in the Viridian stay far away. As soon as they see your home the price will definitely go up. I paid for this lesson! At least the dishwasher is working for now 😂🤣🤷🏾‍♂️💯 I DO NOT REFER
