*UPDATE: Gina contacted me from the company and was very kind. She apologized and wanted to do everything she could to make it right. I really appreciated her taking the time to reach out to me directly. Our fridge and washing machine are still working great!
Arif was extremely rude and unprofessional. He interrupted us and talked over us at every chance he could. He was disrespectful and demanding that we pay the bill immediately without giving me time to review the bill with my husband (I needed a maximum of five minutes). He did not clean up after himself and left a dirty workspace for us to clean up. This was the worst experience I have ever had from a service call. Arif made me feel very uncomfortable, and I was shocked the way that he spoke to both of us.This being said, the work we wanted done was completed with notice of a 30 day warranty on the work performed. We were informed of the cost before the work was done. The pricing was reasonable and we were happy to have the work performed for the provided cost. Everything would have been fine if he did not interrupt my business call and demand he was paid immediately so that he could go to his next job. We all have jobs, and we were not treated as a client should be. We will not be using Max Appliance Repair again.
