BEWARE: Would hesitate to follow their guidance. After the initial dishwasher repair, it seemed like they took care of it well. However, a separate issue came up only after the first fix and my dishwasher stopped heating entirely. Instead of properly performing the checks after they replaced my motor, they tried to get me to pay another $120 for a different board sensor part to fix. After trying to get an understanding from them, there was no accountability on it. I reset the simple software fix myself with my own research, if I followed their guidance I would’ve paid for a redundant repair on top of what was already a pricey labor repair…
