Concrete Contractor reviews in Irving, Texas

Bruce is such a pleasure to work with. He’s one of the very few contractors that genuinely care and are up front and honest! Has even given me advice on house projects unrelated to foundation work without me even asking. He’s just that kind of guy!! Bruce and his team do a wonderful job as well and will always be my go to. Can’t recommend them enough :)

I recently had my foundation repaired. The owner, Bruce, provided excellent and quality service from start to finish. He was incredibly prompt in responding to all my messages and emails, which made the process very smooth.

The team did an excellent job and even added an extra pier to ensure everything was stable. I also really appreciated that Bruce only asked for payment after finishing the job, which showed how much he stands behind his work. I highly recommend Bruce and his team for any foundation needs!

I had a scheduled appointment for sat at noon but no one showed up

Did a great job and addressed questions and issues quickly and professionally.

Very good job ,very good prices and professional people , the best foundation company I ever hired for my jobs

Bruce has worked on many properties and they are always reliable and do great work.

Great foundation repair. The owner goes beyond what he is obligated. Highly recommend this company and will use again on next project. WOW experience.

Brian is very professional and knowledge in his diagnosis of Irving soil movements. Very prompt and reliable and would use them again

Bruce did a great job explaining how the repairs would be completed and Michael did a great job completing the repairs on time.

Work was ok... Referral fee was never paid despite multiple calls. I stopped referring. Ended up getting a leak from repair and had to pay at my own cost. Would not recommend

Bruce has done work for my friends, my cousins and me in Carrollton, Farmers Branch and Erath county and everyone is please with the quality and price of his work. It was amazing how quickly my problems were resolved.

I had my pier and beam foundation correct a few years back but recently noticed new problems. The experts from Discount Foundation Repair came out immediately, determined the problem (termite damage and other) and fixed other issues the first foundation company did not find nor address. Their prices are reasonable as well. Very neat, clean, tidy, polite, trustworthy, reliable, prompt, courteous, fair, and honest. I highly recommend them and if I ever need foundation work again, I will only call them. A big thank you to all the members of the Discount Foundation Repair team!!

Both the sales process and the actual work was done very well. Bruce took a lot of time explaining. the process to me. He wasn't pushy at all. Similarly his brother who executes the project also did a great job, taking time to answer my questions during the job. The team was. professional and courteous. I had a follow up task which was also done in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend

Discount Foundation Repair Specialists has done work leveling my home, installing french drains and contouring the ground around the house to divert water away from the foundation. They do quality work and are helpful answering all my questions before, during and after repairs. I recommend calling them for a free quote and foundation repairs.

Had to get some foundation work done on an older house.

Bruce and Mike helped us out .. we were here for a short while and needed to get the job done asap.

Bruce gave us a date and he was on time .

Mike was always at hand on site to answer any questions I had and he knew

Crack the worst one was closed up ..and I am hoping it will stay that way now fixed as good as it gets

Paperwork too was great and so were their charges

These Gentlemen know their trade and the value they bring. Grateful to have found them.

Wish them all success in their business of helping out folks

We called and got quotes from multiple companies. Bruce was by far the most reasonable. They were able to start work within a week of the initial call and completed the job in two days. After the work was done the landscaping was cleaned up and looks better than it did before. Thank you Bruce, Micheal, and the crew that came out. Y'all did great work and I will recommend your company to anyone I know who needs foundation work.

Burce, Mike and their crew did a great job fixing our foundation issues and helped address cracks in my patio and driveway as well. They started the project very quickly and finished in time. They have good prices.
It was very easy to work with Bruce on invoicing, pricing, timing and everything.
They also performed a free inspection on my new house and confirmed there are no foundation issues. Now i can move ahead with the purchase of our new house without any concerns :) Thank you Discount Foundation!

I can not say enough about how grateful we are to have Bruce and Discount Foundation Repair Specialist help us with our home in Denton. Two years ago they came out, did an assessment on our home. Our house needed piers throughout most the home inside and out. We found their price to be more than reasonable. The repair process was efficient and thorough. Recently when selling the home, the home inspection called out the foundation due to old cracks and other evidence. We called on the weekend, and Bruce dropped everything. We received within days of the phone call, an engineers stamp with every detail on the report showing the foundation had not moved from the repair. The fact that they recognized the need and went out of their way speaks volumes. I referred Discount Foundation Repair Specialists to a friend, and shortly after they contacted me to thank me for the referral as they had nothing but praise for Bruce. I highly recommend Bruce and DFRS for any foundation related work you may need.
