Tony was fantastic, honest and straightforward. Overall just helpful guy.

I had Dengue the first visit and he was not great and was extremely flirty.

Sparky came out and checked a few problems I was having. One was really not a big deal. The other issue was the result of work another provider had performed. Jameson diagnosed the problem and gave me a quality estimate. All done for cost of service call. If the original provider does not fix the problem that they created, I am ready to have Sparky make the repair. They are very thorough and professional.

Tony was totally efficient. He handled everything with a smile.
Tony was on top of everything. He took all of my call. Tony answered all my questions. My husband and I are so grateful for everything Tony and his crew did for us.

Jamieson & Mr. Sparky are the BEST!!! I have a 50-year-old house with aluminum wiring. I know...I know! Wiring to the circuit that controls my A/C burned out. I liked Jamieson's style: "down-to-earth", no-nonsense, & no BS! We were in total agreement from the beginning on what needed to be done & why. Got the work done this morning in 1/2 the time of the original estimate.

There's a REASON why you pay for quality work - as the saying goes, "you can pay me now or pay me more later!" Thanks to Jamieson & Mr. Sparky, I paid now & DON'T have to pay more later!

I would recommend Mr. Sparky to anyone looking for an honest and professional electrical service company. From the time they techs walked thru the door to the time the repairs were completed they were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They explained everything they were doing along the way and went the extra mile to make sure I didn't have any hidden issues. Unfortunately, it's hard to find an honest company these days but this is one of them! No high pressure sales tactics, reasonable pricing, and awesome service. Garrett and Denique were awesome and made sure every piece of debris was picked up before they left. Thank you both for a great experience!

Mr. Sparky did a great job. They answered the phone right away and had a tech to my house on the same day. Bryan, the tech did a great job as well. He was friendly, thorough and very competent. He replaced the bad breaker and had my AC running right away. This was the second time I used Mr. Sparky with great success on each occasion. I will call them again when needed.

Tony was friendly, punctual, professional, and knowledgable. He explained what he was doing as he went along. His demeanor was engaging and I felt very comfortable working with him. He went above and beyond to help me and fix my issue. If any other problems come up in the future, I’d have him back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

The service I scheduled was completed wonderfully. I arranged for a free estimate online. The technician and company sent multiple text messages with updates on arrival time along with information on the technician that included pictures. It's nice to know who to expect in advance when you let someone into your home.

The technician, Tony, was a very experienced and nice person who explained everything fantastically well. He took time to answer all of my questions. He communicated thru his actions and attitude that he enjoys the work which makes any experience better for a customer. His work was impeccable. I will absolutely request him in particular in the future if he is available.

Tony was fantastic. On-time, efficient and professional. Excellent service and he cleaned up his work area before leaving. He provided us with an estimate before starting work and explained the charges, the quality and professionalism are absolutely worth the cost. Highly recommend, would not hesitate to hire again.

Denique arrived on time, confirmed the request, and explained what he found. He did an excellent job installing my two light fixtures and even hauled away the old one. He also provided great advice based on his assessment and as a result will be back for a follow-up visit next month.

On time, provided details after assessing the situation and gave recommendations based on a prudent man’s experience and advice. Changed out breaker in sub-panel and wanted to add a surge protector, but one was already installed on the main panel box. Texas only requires one, however may install another one but it will most likely have a house surge protector to cover the entire house. Appreciate the help and timely response. I will recommend Sparky service to family and friends…

I am very happy with the service I got from Mister Sparky. Garret was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. There was no high-pressure sell....just several value options given. I appreciate the professionalism exhibited by the whole company from the starting phone call to the finished product!

Tony was an amazing electrician and an even better person. One of the most personable guys I have had a chance to work with and my job is in customer service. He took the time to make sure everything was to our liking and explained exactly what was going to happen. He was always on time and very communicative throughout the entire process. He was extremely neat and courtesy of our house even when I told him not to worry about it. He will be called out for any future needs with no hesitation.

Tony Cross with Mr. Sparky electric has been absolutely wonderful. He gave us an in home estimate on a new breaker panel/location change and let us know exactly what needed to be done, and how it needed to be done, and it was explained in perfect detail. He executed the scope of work in a timely and efficient manner, fully illustrating his breaker panel and wiring expertise/methods as the integration progressed. His positive attitude, overall knowledge, attention to detail,, and warm personality completely won us over from the get go. He took the time to address a few other small things in the house as well and we were completely amazed by his level of service compared to the 5 other companies we have had out to the house to discuss options with.
