Tony was fantastic, honest and straightforward. Overall just helpful guy.

I had Dengue the first visit and he was not great and was extremely flirty.

Sparky came out and checked a few problems I was having. One was really not a big deal. The other issue was the result of work another provider had performed. Jameson diagnosed the problem and gave me a quality estimate. All done for cost of service call. If the original provider does not fix the problem that they created, I am ready to have Sparky make the repair. They are very thorough and professional.

Edit: 5/13/2025 - I do appreciate the fact they responded to my review, no further efforts on Mister Sparky’s part have been made besides for their response to my review. No follow up, no phone call, just a text asking if I would like their sister company to come and look at my HVAC system (Obviously I passed on that).

The good, work was done fast and their electrical work was clean and professional.

The bad, I have no gauge for the price, but for how much I paid, I would have expected better. Electrician finished the install, and we were waiting on the inspector. All went smoothly for what I thought was going to happen. Was told by Mister Sparky employee that they will coordinate with oncor to make sure I get on the schedule for hooking up my power and should be Good to go in the morning. Great, paid and left for the day as it is 45 mins one way to home from my rental property. Drop the kids off at school, and head straight over to the house to start flipping on breakers. Power lines are still hanging in the tree, like it was never moved, come to find out the tech did not follow up, and that the inspectors office did not get the release sent. So I basically spent an hour and a half of driving to my rental property to find out something the technician should have told me about. 1.5 hours round trip for no reason, and the employee that I was talking to about all this tried to make it seem like it wasn't their fault they failed to communicate. I would not be writing this review if I did not waste 1.5 hours of my morning. I did come back around 2pm and just waited for them to show up to reconnect as I lost all faith in any info I was getting out of Mister Sparky, was their until 6pm and power was reconnected. I will not be using them again.
