Very good experience getting the breakers I couldn’t find anywhere else . Harden , Hugo & nick made sure the correct material I was looking for was ready before I arrive . Great experience & I definitely continue to come back .

So far so good. Seems like a good place to work for. Expect a lot with little pay with experience.

Counter Sales.

I was a big fan of Summit. They still have free drinks, ice and donuts in the morning. But now that they have moved to this new location their attitude has completely changed.

They no longer warranty any Klein Tool’s. Even if you call Klein on the phone while standing at the service counter, they will refuse to talk to Klein and send you away. They sell Klein tools but do not honor their warranty.

Would not do buisness here

The counter sales guys are to slow

They don't pay your money that they owe you for your hours

Will you quote you a price to get you in the store, then you show up and it’s 2-3x the price you were quoted. $1000 for a disconnect that is $300-$400 everywhere else.
Summit is taking advantage of supply chain issues in a way that the other electric suppliers aren’t.

Counter service it’s doesn’t have skills to serve people.
Being charged for items and while waiting guys come and tells they don’t have the items they already charged.

Another time guy is charged me for staff that I didn’t order.
