Tony is the best!

Tim and Tony were great! Professional and extremely nice. I contracted Kluge though Lowe’s and was worried about their expertise because I didn’t meet them beforehand. But they were great! They installed 500sq ft of pergo for me and I couldn’t be happier!

Kluge Brothers installed my dining room flooring through Lowes. Tim Miller did an excellent job!! Very professional. I loved it so much I'm going to use them again for my kitchen and hall. Thank you Tim and Kluge Brothers Flooring

I am very happy with their work. I bought laminate for around 1600 sqft at Lowe's and Kluge Brothers Floorimg was their contractor. Their were on time, friendly and respectful and were really fast. They did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

The two gentleman arrived when they said they would and started working immediately. I believe their names were AJ and Chris. They did a great job and cleaned up after they were done. I would definitely use these fellas again!

The backsplash installed was great. They were very efficient time wise too. Four stars because lack of communication.

So they didn't show first appointment resheduled, they did really good with the planks themselves in tight looks great. The trim left a little to be desired ... used metal nails in the white and brown trim in lieu of the color of the trim also split the brown trim in 2 places thinking pre-drill the holes on the trim itself before and caulk over the nails. They were professional and cortious. If it were the planks alone it would be a 5

Not very professional at all. Two installers show up. Within an hr one of them has used my bathroom (destroyed it without even asking - it's the only bathroom we have at the moment) and the other is eating his breakfast burrito while installing my brand new carpet...seriously!? Seems like they should have taken a break for those things and left my home to do so and then returned. I also asked them not to go through the garage as there were many things in the way. Without asking they moved items and made themselves a path to use the garage entrance. They also used my air purifier. It was in my garage and brought inside one of the rooms for some reason. I don't know if they thought it was a fan or what but it's not a cheap item and it was rude not to ask the owner first. Not impressed.

Worst customer service in the world!

My parents are trying to install new carpet and these people are impossible to get a hold of. This is a time critical situation so playing these phon tag games is not an option.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Customer service! Left voicemails for them for different times, and not ONE single call was returned. Scheduled my whole house to be re-carpeted, on the phone confirmed the date and time they would be at the house. Was told to pack up & remove all non-furniture prior to their arrival. We did. Dismantled all electronics, packed up the tv, etc. Took the day off work. They we’re a no call no show. Literally didnt show up and didn’t bother to call and say they weren’t coming. Nothing. Just sat back and had a good laugh at our expense.
When we called to ask where they were they said they hadn’t put us on the schedule. Even though they confirmed it over the phone less than 48 hours before the appointment. Each person you speak to blames someone else. My recommendation would pick ANY other company!

Lowes scheduled them to come out and do a quote at my house. I schedule it for an 8-12. They sent me a text say they would be there 11-1. Not a big deal so we adjusted. They no showed and when we went to call them at 1, the office is closed for lunch and doesn't take calls. No messages from them as to why they didn't show.

They were the installer through Lowes. Rated one star only because I couldn't go lower. They were supposed to glue the tac strips down over the tile flooring, in case future owners wanted to go back to tile. They showed up with tac strips to nail down and I informed them (pointed out on their order sheet) that they were supposed to glue down. I stepped out for a second and they started to nail down through the tile (cracking many pieces) . I came back in and they explained that it wouldn't work and they would need to go get glue. Surprise surprise. They then went to homedepot to purchase liquid nail (funny because Lowes is closer). They glued down and another crew came the next day to stretch. They couldn't stretch as well as it needed because the glue had not cured. They said they would come out and re-stretch when needed. This wasn't the end of dealing with them. Their office never calls back whether you leave a message or if you speak to someone and they say they will call you back. If you go through Lowes then request a different installer. Lowes has tried to make good on everything.

If I could give zero stars, I would. As with other reviews, Lowes does still use this joke of a flooring company for install. Loud, immature, disrespectful. They carried in singing to their radio that could be heard throughout the neighborhood. The left staples and nails on the new carpet. They did not vacuum the new carpet. They left their empty bottles and soda cans in the room. And for some ungodly reason, kept asking to use the bathrooms multiple times. The “team” was made up of one rough looking middle aged male, and a band of Hispanic kids that looked like they should’ve been in school. How these people remain in business is beyond me. Quality work, as it would seem, is impossible to come by; especially if it happens to be this clowns

Where to start. Let’s begin with the measurement. The guy that came to our home was nice but when he measured the square footage he never asked any questions. Maybe a follow-up was supposed to do this? There was no follow up. So when the Laminate installer showed up, he stated that he could not install the laminate in the laundry area. Great! So we paid for materials and labor that can’t be used and won’t be able to wash clothes again for another week? (We ended up learning to ceramic tile ourselves because we had no choice if we wanted to finish the project). Our bedroom closet has cedar planks that go around the wall, no one asked what we wanted to do with this. So again, the installer ran out of material and couldn’t finish the bathroom transitions because it had to be used to go around the cedar.
Carpeting the stairs. Well, this one is great. The father and son duo showed up and placed the carpeting very quickly. It is unfortunately loose on some steps and I’m guessing will continue to loosen as time goes by. The best part is that my only two brooms were ‘mistakenly’ taken. So when all the work was finished I couldn’t even clean up and enjoy the upstairs area! If you’re reading this and say well, just go buy a new broom, there were no brooms. It’s a global pandemic and brooms apparently are scarce. I call and they say they will bring them back by that evening or tomorrow. Well, a full day goes by and the person delivers one broom back at 6:30 PM. One broom and it was completely wrecked, we threw it away. Thanks Kluge, for stealing then damaging one item of said property.
The only bright side of this was the laminate installer Barry. He was Fantastic! Thank you Barry!

I live in Colorado Springs and purchased vinyl plank flooring from Lowes on 08/12/2020 and finally on 9/30/2020 an installer from Kluge Brothers named Barry showed up at my house 5 hours late. He ripped up carpet in one of the rooms that I needed work on then proceeded to tell me my subfloor was bad and needed work before he could put the new flooring in. He tried to scam me out of another $1600. There is nothing wrong with my subfloors I was told by other professional contractors. Fast forward to 10/08/2020 and I have no carpet in one room and furniture in the garage and displaced all over my house. I finally did find an honest contractor who will start work for me on 10/12/2020. Kluge Brothers I would NEVER recommend your company to anyone. Barry is rude and awful!

Referred through Lowes. The worse decision I ever made. Horrible experience with 3 workers. Had floors put in August 2022 and in November 2022 the LVT flooring is already coming up. I made a claim. Nothing has been done. They came out to do work on December 5th. And Refused to it. The worker are not professional installer, they had to read the instructions on how to put the tiles on the floor. This was a horrible experience. Now I have to hire another company to fix and finsh the floors.

I had a good experience with Kluge last year when I had my kitchen and dining room area converted from linoleum & carpet to luxury vinyl plank flooring. The crew was in and out of my home within a few hours and it looked amazing. I loved the flooring so much (Smartcore Ultra sold at Lowe's) I decided to have installed throughout the rest of my main level (living room, bathroom, pantry and entry) as well as new baseboards throughout the main level. This time Kluge sent only 2 people (not the same crew they sent last year). From the time they walked into my home they made excuse after excuse for why they could not, or should not install my new floor. They claimed the floor was unlevel and warped due to moisture in my crawl space. It had a high floor joist which required a separate contractor to fix. I decided to have a crawl space moisture specialist check the crawl space and the floor for damage. He verified the moisture in my crawl space but said there was nothing wrong with the floor. I decided to consult with another flooring expert. This guy has 37 yeas of flooring experience and said there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my floor. He came in on a Saturday morning and had the floor done by noon. It looks beautiful! Lowe's was very helpful during this process, but the flooring contractor they use is unfortunately unqualified and unprofessional.

HORRIBLE. PLEASE SEE PICS. Lowes uses Kluge Brothers for their installs. The carpet has never even been walked on and the carpet is "rolling". Out of warranty period so it doesn't matter that the home has been vacant and it is obviously a terrible install. Lowes can't be gaining any fans using Kluge Bros. I'm calling Lowes corporate next. STAY AWAY FROM KLUGE! No wonder they have a 2.5 rating! UPDATE: Why can't I post pics on this review?

Lowes sent this company to install our new carpet. First, they pretty much destroyed our moisture barrier pad, then gave us an attitude when we asked them to at least follow the installation instructions that are printed on the pad. They installed the pad incorrectly on the stairs. When we tried to get them to come fix it, they gave us a b.s. excuse why they do it that way, and refused. They allowed our roll of carpet to get wet when it started raining. They also tried to tell us that an upstairs linen closet (2'x3') wasn't included. By this time, I was getting angry, so I told the guy in no uncertain terms that it was supposed to be, so if it wasn't on the plans, it was the fault of their person who did the measurements, not ours, so they were absolutely to carpet that closet.

Overall, a horrible experience with this company. Do not hire them!
