My parents are trying to install new carpet and these people are impossible to get a hold of. This is a time critical situation so playing these phon tag games is not an option.

The two gentleman arrived when they said they would and started working immediately. I believe their names were AJ and Chris. They did a great job and cleaned up after they were done. I would definitely use these fellas again!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Customer service! Left voicemails for them for different times, and not ONE single call was returned. Scheduled my whole house to be re-carpeted, on the phone confirmed the date and time they would be at the house. Was told to pack up & remove all non-furniture prior to their arrival. We did. Dismantled all electronics, packed up the tv, etc. Took the day off work. They we’re a no call no show. Literally didnt show up and didn’t bother to call and say they weren’t coming. Nothing. Just sat back and had a good laugh at our expense. When we called to ask where they were they said they hadn’t put us on the schedule. Even though they confirmed it over the phone less than 48 hours before the appointment. Each person you speak to blames someone else. My recommendation would pick ANY other company!
