After a bad experience with other General contractors a friend of mine’s recommended me A&C Construction and Mr. Jose helped me a lot with good ideas to keep my project on budget. They also did a great job designing my blueprint for my remodeling. I just want to say thank you A&C team for helping me complete my project on time.

Ziggy's Construction did a major residential remodel for me. My wife and I were very impressed. I was kept up to speed throughout the process and price was reasonable.

Mr. Billy the owner of the company, is very professional, detail oriented & extremely thorough! He's also a very friendly, caring, self-LESS, considerate, & kindhearted person.., as well as He's trustworthy, dependable, intelligent, & very talented! Everything We'd agreed apon doing, & literally everything that he gave his word on that he would do for me, & that he'd get done for me, within a certain amount of time, & for a certain amount of costs..,- well he kept his promises, & 100% honored our entire agreement just like he said that he'd do from the very beginning! I am absolutely 150% satisfied with everything that Mr. Billy, & his company,- "Ziggy's Construction" has done for me!! I will definitely choose/& use his services again in the future, as well as recommend him to everyone that I possibly can! Thank God I actually still found a friendly & caring, honest & dependable, hardworking, legit, & professional business man to help me out with all the work I needed to get done quickly, & thoroughly! Ziggys General Contracting LLC was amazing for the tenant finish-out project on my commercial property, transforming it into a designer facility and they absolutely nailed it! From start to finish, the ZGC team was always professional, transparent, and solution driven. They worked their tails off!!

They built nine offices, a breakroom, and two ADA-compliant bathrooms, along with custom built workspaces for designer clothing crafting, packaging, and distribution. They handled every aspect seamlessly, overcoming logistical challenges and ensuring everything was up to code. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and the craftsmanship was also very nice.

We hired Ziggys General Contracting for a commercial renovation, and they absolutely delivered above and beyond our expectations. One situation that really stood out was when we ran into an unexpected issue with the existing plumbing. When the team opened up the walls, they discovered outdated and improperly installed pipes that weren’t up to code. This could have caused major delays and added a significant cost to the project.

Instead of just handing us a pricey change order like some contractors do, Matt and his team immediately assessed the situation and came up with a cost-effective and time-saving solution. They worked closely with a trusted plumber to reroute the lines efficiently, avoiding unnecessary demolition and minimizing extra material costs. Not only did they get the problem solved in record time, but they also kept the project on schedule without compromising quality.

CCI was hired to do a series of projects in our office and after months waiting on permits, they drop the project when asked to provide with proper documentation on spill and waste management plan. My impression is that their lack of knowledge on state codes and regulations made them quote us before knowing the real cost of the job they were hired for. Then instead of admitting a quoting error, they just dropped the project.

We used CCI Construction and more specifically Chris Caputo the owner and his team to completely renovate a 30,000 sq-ft warehouse. Our first meeting set Chris apart from all the other contractors we interviewed, he showed up early to walk the site with every one of his sub-contractors that were needed for the scope of the project. We walked the site with his foreman, plumbers, painters, HVAC, drywall team, landscape team, fence installer, engineer, architect, garage door installers, electricians, etc. His bid was accurate and detailed line-itemizing out our costs along with alternatives to save money etc. His team executed the job on time and on budget. Any change orders made were reasonable and detailed reflecting items we added to the scope of work. We saw Chris multiple times a week during construction as he was incredibly hands on. He would routinely clean up the job site and QC each part of construction personally. Not often you see the owner of a company pushing a broom and picking up trash.

We have referred Chris to a number of our other friends and colleagues who have used his services and are extremely happy. There is no doubt we will use Chris and CCI for all our construction needs moving forward.

I had a positive experience with CCI Commercial Construction for a commercial interior renovation project in an old building that meant navigating many unknowns. They were transparent, proactive and a great partner to help take us across the goal. Challenges are a part of construction and they worked with us to get through them.
