We recently (March 2025) had Santos Landscaping & Sprinklers install a new sprinkler system on our corner lot which has many different levels. The crew did a fantastic job. They were very good about patching up the trenches everyday before they left; they were professional; and completed the job in a timely manner. Overall, I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend.

Santos and his team did a great job giving me an estimate for a landscaping project, fixing my sprinkler system, and actually delivering on the landscaping project in a couple of weeks!

No estimate was provided to my father, who is in his late 80s, before beginning the work. The job was to be a repair an existing sprinkler system. Receiving two separate bills of approximately $800 each, it felt excessive and upset my father , especially after he researched that the repair should have taken around two hours—not an entire day. However, later we found out things had gotten a little more complicated and a 2nd estimate would have been helpful.

After reading my review, Santos reached out personally to express that this situation does not reflect his usual high standards of service. He assured us that he intends to make things right and that, moving forward, he will ensure all customers receive a clear estimate beforehand. He said that my father not receiving one was an oversight and not his standard practice so we felt much better.

This is a belated yet glowing review of Santos Landscaping. When preparing to sell a house this past summer, I ran into some last minute & complex sprinkler issues that needed to be fixed quickly. Santos answered immediately and stopped by that afternoon to assess what was needed, how long it would take, and when his team could get started. He knew my deadline and made sure all work was completed ahead of schedule. He knows what he’s talking about, explains everything clearly, answers his texts quickly, and keeps his word. I’d recommend him highly for any landscaping needs.

I’ve been a Bonick customer for many years and they never disappoint. I’ve had a team at my home the last couple of days installing new landscaping and they did their usual awesome job. And you know when a crew is good—they leave things better than when they arrived. And kudos to my Garden Manager Trevor! I’m of the school that you get what you pay for and Bonick is worth every penny!

This is a very professional company with a proven track record in the industry,. I’m blown away by their expertise and amazing designs.

I do not recommend this company. Very complicated system to do the job; very expensive quotes and doesn’t match with service you receive.

Whoever is driving the Ford F-150 with plate SGD-7577 drives like a maniac. Driving right behind people, cutting people off and not even bothering using signals.

Untimely. Unprofessional. Bait and switch tactics to provide one price, then another that is almost double the original quoted price. Arrogant, rude owner. That's fine if you do good work, which I cannot confirm, but you don't have to be an ass about it.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I called to have someone come out and was given a window of 8am-12pm. Towards the end of the window I called to follow up only to be told that my appointment was canceled because the person I spoke to “didn’t get my number down” and they were unable to call to confirm the appointment.
I agreed to move the window to 1pm-5pm since I had already taken the day off only to be called back at 4pm to be notified that they would not be able to come out. When I expressed my frustration of losing an entire day waiting for them to come out they only offered me a paltry 10% discount for the inconvenience.
If this is how customers are treated prior to receiving service, I can only imagine how poor the follow up would be if needed. I will not be doing business with this company and will make sure anyone i know who needs irrigation work or any type of landscaping steers clear of Bonick Irrigation.

Horrible. This place is the worst. I was wanting to plant some flowers and bushes and replace the grass with artificial. They sent me a quote of 13,473. Very expensive and I called for an appointment and they said that the 8th of March is available. Went there that day was on a Sunday, was closed. It said they were open. Worst landscaping company ever. I will not disclose my name but I have had good landscaping with WD Landscaping.

Bonick Landscaping designed and built an infinity edge pool, fire feature wall, and a beautiful landscape for our family. I chose to work with Glenn and his team because of their attention to detail and creativity. Yes, it was expensive but their quality and craftsmanship was well worth the investment.

Tanya Wilson, landscape designer, worked with us for over a year creating an exterior plan for our new home. We asked for hardscape as well as softscape with a water feature that would be low maintenance. She delivered! Her ideas incorporated the perfect balance of color, scale, form and texture! She was patient, creative, and listened to us as we came up with final plan that met our budget and desires. I knew I could reach out to her anytime with my questions or concerns. Even though the project is complete, she continues to stay involved with the transition and finishing touches!
