Paul Unerfusser hired us to repair one of his clients ceilings and never paid us. We met Paul at a networking event and thus were perhaps overly trusting. We have been given excuse after excuse on payments and even offered to set him up on a payment plan. He agreed to this payment plan but when the first payment was due, we are still empty handed. After doing some research it seems Paul was also operating or operated a company called "The Uptown Butler". In fact, at the time of this writing, that companies website now links directly to the "Just for you" website. The reviews for the uptown butler are littered with people calling Paul a liar a cheat and other such terms. I'd encourage anyone who is considering using this service to look at such reviews themselves and make an informed decision.

We had to move storage items and disperse them. Fifty years worth of our Mother’s home needed to be reorganized. Paul and his team were amazing. Couldn’t have done it without them!!!

There were two people who clean my home, so I will be leaving two reviews. This review is for the man that cleaned my master bedroom and bathroom. Carpets were clean, night stands wiped down, and mirror was clean. The shower wasn't touched and the double sink was wiped but not scrubbed. The floor of the bathroom was swept but not mopped. The second man who cleaned my kitchen, living area, spare room and spare bath was awesome!! He cleaned cabinets, vacuumed my couches, deep cleaned the stove, everything.

Just For You helped me take care of my veteran father’s household items after retirement center told me to leave them in apartment for Salvation Army pick up. Salvation Army said they couldn’t go to second floor. Retirement center said they couldn’t move to first floor. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Thank you Just a For You!! Your prompt, professional Moving has helped up greatly! Highly recommend!

Best value I have found for a last minute move. Professional and personable movers made it an incredibly pain free process. Would not hesitate to book again for my next move

-The ‘best cleaner’ comment makes this situation even more unfortunate. To reiterate, I stick by my statement that multiple areas were evidently not cleaned and I have pictures to show otherwise. Some not even once touched.

-i’m not sure which spill is being referred to either. A spill the cleaners did? How is that our fault?

-I was working from home the whole day and left the house to pick up my baby from daycare before the cleaning was finished, so the walkthrough comment is completely inaccurate. My wife mentioned she got one minute to go through everything.

-The company was contacted the very next day.
-There was no reply back regarding rectification in our texts when you solely “reached out” in response for us to send pictures. this mention of 20% offer is the first i’m hearing. There was no response to our last text after we sent photos.

—regardless, the 20% off offer to cover your mistakes after we already upgraded to a deep clean service is disdainful.

to those reading, please save yourself the time, money and get real cleaning services instead of putting up with these blatant lies and mediocre service. i’m sorely disappointed in these services.

Good: we liked talking with CC, she was very professional and polite

Bad:
we wanted to get baseboards cleaned but wasn’t included in the basic clean so we paid more and opted for the deep clean.

this was definitely not a deep clean nor a basic clean , we could’ve done a better job ourselves.

arrived later than stated and missed several key spots in locations we said is most heavily used such as master bathroom and kitchen.

toilets weren’t even touched, food spots still on kitchen floor, etc

they did not go over places the cleaners themselves mentioned they would and even places we reminded them twice about.

they would not rectify the situation either.

Would not recommend cleaning services.

Awful experience. Owner was extremely rude and combative. Movers no-showed after multiple times being told they were just running behind schedule. We were very understanding throughout conversations during what was, at the time a 5 hour delay. During the 2nd to last convo, I asked if there was any possibility they were not going to show up. I explained my wife and I had already moved 1/2 our furniture down from our 4th floor apt. into the parking garage. (To help ease the process once they did show up), and I just needed to know if they weren’t going to make it that way I still had time to rent a Uhaul truck before they closed. (At this point it was 6pm on a Sunday). I was reassured yet again, this time “by life and limb, they will be there”. Our next correspondence was 1.5 hours later with a TEXT from the owner saying they were not going to make it. Now it’s too late to rent a truck (we tried) so wife and I had to move everything back up to the 4th floor. When I called the owner to let him know how unprofessional it was to cancel our move via text after multiple phone conversations throughout the day AND after being promised they would be there no matter what rather than just being upfront and honest about the situation from the beginning...the owner Paul, proceeded to tell me to “shut up and listen”, then trailed off a series of curse words before hanging up the phone. When I tell you I had been completely understanding and courteous up to this point, would be an understatement. Even the scheduler I had been in contact with throughout the day told me he was thankful for my understanding and patience and that even he would not have been so courteous as I was if the rolls were reversed. I’ve never actually taken the time to leave a bad review before because in most situations unforeseen circumstances are just that, and although unfortunate, I typically understand things happen. However the unwarranted response I received from the OWNER of the company in this situation was completely unnecessary, uncalled for, rude, unprofessional. and frankly disrespectful, and I felt the need to put this out there so that maybe it will help someone else out to avoid this situation in the future. It was truly a horrible experience. Bad business, Paul.
We went with another company the next day, who got our move done same-day and they were awesome!! HIGHLY recommend D-Town Movers based in Carrollton, they saved us!!

I would give 10 stars if I could. After living in the apartment for 4 years, there was tons of wear and tear and general dirt. CC came in and made the place look practically brand new. Could not recommended them enough, we will be using them in the future without a doubt. Give them a call and save yourself the headache!

We hired this firm to do an in-depth cleaning of our Son's apartment. They did an excellent job and even came back again when they couldn't get access to one of the rooms. they also provided good communication.

Really enjoy talking with Paul. Him and his team do a great job! Tim mounted the tv and installed drawer. Both look great. I highly recommend Paul and his team

They did an amazing job! They were on time, which is always a plus. I hate moving especially packing, they helped with that as well. Not to mention we got a nice packing kit with boxes, tape and packing paper. Paul, was so helpful and worked with us on a number of things. I would definitely recommend them.

I hired Just for You to move the items from my house to a temporary storage facility. Paul and Pedro were on time, easy to deal with and very professional. I have already hired them to complete the 2nd part of my move. I would highly recommend them for any moving job. Moving can be stressfully well. I would also recommend their cleaning services for once your items are out of the house and getting the house ready for the new owner. This service takes one additional task off your moving to do list. I highly recommend choosing Just for You for your moving/cleaning needs.

I'm so glad they didn't require a deposit. I booked their services for my move 2 months ago. They didn't check in, and they pushed back my scheduled move time by 2 hours only to tell me after I reached to them that they couldn't make it to complete my move. That's a really shifty position to be put in midday on the day of when services were required.

Moved us out of a storage unit and into an out building on our property. Did an excellent job, very attentive and careful while working efficiently and quickly with a great attitude - even in the miserable summer heat and after finding a fresh nest of giant angry wasps!! Highly recommend!

No hidden fees. Good arrival, quick work. Handsome strong men. They worked really hard and I completely respect how tough this job is and truly thank them for their service. They were able to arrange next day move for me on completely short notice. Thank you. I appreciate it and will use the service again in the future!

Moving 📦 can be so stressful! Thanks to the crew(Daniel & Adrian) they made it a lot easier. So professional and both with great personality. Do NOT use this company for anything. They are not honest or trustworthy. We hired this company in October, 2020, to pack our house for storage and then interstate move. We had over $25,000 in damages and lost items from their service. Paul Unerfusser said his company, Just For You Inc, was insured. We have sent all info needed for our insurance claim but have not received any info or calls from them. It is now September, 2021, and neither Paul Unerfusser nor his insurance company have returned our call or are accepting my calls. I trusted them and I was wrong to do so. We are so sad about lost property and so much money.

OMG. I’ve never seen anything like them! Everything from scheduling to paying was so easy! Paul was the most helpful man; he answered every question I had and even helped me when it came to choosing a storage unit size and location. I had such an incredible team of movers too - Mike and Mike. They were on time, professional and fast. These guys are clearly Tetris Masters. All of my things fit into what I thought was a rather small unit, with extra space to spare! I have moved every year for the past 7 years and have hired several different moving companies- never have I seen anything like this! They were fast, friendly and efficient. I would go back to them in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone I came across! Five stars all around! Best. Movers. Ever.

I’d give it a five star but….
I had booked an appointment for 2.30 which was delayed by several hours.
Though once Casey came in he did a good and thorough job.
Unfortunately when he got to the hall his vaccuum broke and we couldn’t get the entire hall cleaned. For the price I paid, the apartment was cleaned well, barring the over 3 hour delay in getting the folks down to the apartment and not completely finishing the job due to a broken vaccuum I don’t have too many complaints

Very Excellent service!! I had the pleasure to work with Antwone and D and they were very delicate and careful with my furniture and belongings!! The company even took the liberty of helping me out by dropping off boxes tape and wrapping paper days before the move as a FREE service!! Totally convenient. Very pleased with the move and will be referring this company to friends for future moves. Make sure to special request Antwone and D.
