After a disappointing visit from a previous tech diagnosing a phantom issue, Mark Fleming worked with me and service tech Randy Newkirk came to save faith and quickly replace warranty items.

Absolutely horrible, do not care for their customers whatsoever, would not recommend to anyone. Unless you like to be left high and dry with zero accountability, go elsewhere.

Called Tempo Wednesday 8/6 to fix a leaking AC unit. The tech arrived and said as the pipe is frozen he’ll have to turn it off and come back tomorrow, we’ll be the first call.

Thursday 8/7 arrives - Absolutely nobody has shown up and after 3 separate calls being told we’d be contacted by a dispatcher, we’ve received nothing but empty promises and a complete lack of customer care.

Meanwhile our house continues to get hotter with my baby daughter feeling it the most.

Friday 8/8 - I called again today to ask to speak to a manager, told they’re all in a meeting and would be called back ‘soon’. I think Tempo has a different understanding of time and what soon actually means and I’ll likely be celebrating my 200th birthday before they call me back.

Last update of this saga of stupidity - Tempo had a random office person call me back with a ‘solution’, an appointment next week Tuesday 8/12 and us being added to a list with no guarantee of anyone coming at any specific time. Great. Customer service at its finest.

So in summary, absolutely shocking, would never recommend them to anyone as they clearly do not care about their customers at all.

Fernando is the best a/c tech we have ever worked with. I am amazed by his knowledge and the dedication he has taken to find the root cause of a/c issues!
