Great service. The technician (Mr. Colenburg) was on time for the appointment. Explained in great detail what he found with the inspection of my Heat pumps. He was very professional. He answer all of my questions I asked about the service on my equipment's.

I called them around 4am and they answered! I had a non emergency and they made me an appointment that same day. Someone from the local office called to see if the tech could come earlier than the scheduled time and of course I was happy with that. Brayan showed up very polite and professional. He did his initial check of the areas, inspected the toilets that I had delivered the day before. We discussed pricing and he went to work. He did an excellent job of replacing what was broken, cleaned up the work space and hauled away the old toilets. I was pleased with the customer service, scheduling, professionalism and I would use them again.

Install of my water heater was good. Sales were good and communicative. But inspection was supposedly scheduled and I waited all day and no one showed. Called RR and was told scheduler had the flu. No apology, or we should have called so you wouldn't lose your whole day, nothing, just said inspector will be there tomorrow. Once again waited all day, no inspection. Called the city out of desperation. They had no record my address was ever scheduled, that they always provided a window to contractor, not all day. Sadly I could not schedule it myself in case they had questions for the contractor. Called RR back again. Again told all day, but at least inspector came this 3rd time. All in all, feel like I paid a very premium price for a very mediocre experience.
