We hired 448 Developments for our kitchen remodel and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Moe and Ro were easy to communicate with from day one, and their crew showed up on time every single day. If you’ve hired contractors before, you know that’s not always a given.
The project was finished on schedule, the quote was fair and competitive, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. These are guys you can actually trust in your home, and that goes a long way.
Would absolutely recommend them for a kitchen remodel or any home remodeling project. 448 Developments will be our first call next time.

I recently worked with 448 Developments on my home after moving in, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Moe and his team did an outstanding job with the painting, flooring, and bathroom updates. Everything came out clean, modern, and exactly how I wanted it.
Moe was professional, easy to communicate with, and stayed on top of every detail throughout the project. The work was completed on time and at a very fair price compared to others I looked at.
If you’re looking for a reliable contractor who actually delivers quality work, I highly recommend 448 Developments. I’ll definitely be using Moe again for future projects.

I worked with Moe from 448 Developments. I recently purchased a home in DFW, and the property needed some work. I received a free estimate the same day and Moe called me and walked me through the process. I needed some flooring work, 2 remodeled bathrooms and a complete kitchen remodel. After bidding out the work to several contractors, 448 seemed the most efficient for the price. A few weeks later, when Moe said we were ahead of schedule and the work was almost complete, I was worried the project was rushed - I was SO relieved walking through the bathrooms and kitchen, exactly how Moe and I discussed it to look like. I am so thankful I used 448. I am now moved in to the perfect home! Some times it is not about the price, I just wanted it done correctly. 448 accomplished both - quality and price. Highly recommend!
