We own a printing company that had roof leaks no one could fix. We had a hail storm recently and rep from First American walked in. They did everything as promised! Handled the claim, upgraded our roof system.
And we haven’t had a leak since.

They were very helpful and professional until the check was cashed.
No supervision during the job. The workers were on their own and didn't even know the name of their supervisor. They were quite careless. We had to ask them multiple times to be careful with the landscaping around the property which was getting damaged and it had been planted only a couple of months back.
Most importantly, an AC pipe got damaged with a couple of nails that went through the roof. It cost us over $1500 to fix the big mess. Two months after the roof was fixed we are still waiting for someone to get back to us after being told that they would fix any damages created to the property. I would not recommend them.
