We worked with Empire on a few different properties and reciever nothing but excellent service and quality materials. We have worked with them to install access system and the technician was very knowledgeable about local codes and helped us with compliance and a simple ease of use system for our unique access issues. We are a nonprofit seeking funding for a new security camera system. When we called Empire Technologies for a quote, we were up against a deadline that required a 48 hour turn around. From the moment I made the phone call and spoke with the first person, I had a very impressive experience. Not only were they quick to accommodate our deadline and have someone out within 24 hours, but they were happy to be making the accommodation. I spoke with a gentleman named Nate at the start, and then met with Bryan, an account manager on site. Both representatives were very patient and understanding of our needs and worked to provide us with everything we needed to meet our deadline. We're hoping to secure the funding so we can continue working with them!
