House Cleaning reviews in Jersey Village, Texas

Red Letter Steam is owned and operated by a gentleman named Caleb Sims. He is a young genuine entrepreneur who is loves his chosen profession. I was looking for a carpet cleaning company after I had a ceiling fall in a bedroom and we had the repair done and wanted to get the insulation dust out of the carpet. I chose Red Steam based off of numerous positive reviews. I am here to add another one.
When I called, Caleb answered the phone and was very professional and answered all of my questions regarding his process. I gave him the approximate square footage, and he gave me his price. I received a notification that he was on the way. He arrived early, came in and surveyed the room, and went to work. He was quick, efficient, and we talked about several other services he offered. The whole process was very pleasant, and I highly recommend Caleb and Red Letter Steam for your carpet cleaning needs. He is an outstanding young man and you wont be disappointed.

Caleb with Red Letter Steam is AMAZING!! We have 3 kids and 2 dogs - life gets really messy. Thank to Caleb My floors look amazing now! His customer service and quality of work is outstanding. We have used other local companies in the past and Red Letter Steam is by far the BEST! Highly recommended!!!

Caleb at Red Letter Steam did an amazing job cleaning my sofa and carpets! He took years of dirt out of them and they looked almost brand new after he left. We are doing some home renovation (new floors) and decided that a professional cleaning job is what we needed. I'm so glad that we called Caleb! We will be using him for any steam cleaning moving forward.

Just had Caleb come out and do the rug and couch. This is our third year using him and he always does excellent work. If you need someone to clean carpet/couches, steam tile or pressure wash please consider Red Letter Steam. Super professional!!

The experience with Red Letter Steam was excellent. The contractor arrived on time and setup was excellent. The overall job was done with the greatest professionalism. The entire job was completed as agreed. I give this contractor the highest recommendation. If you want a very professional job, use this contractor. This was for a large area in a Kingdom Hall and over 240 chairs were also cleaned. The tile floors were also cleaned, including grout lines. Excellent job

This is the second time I’ve use Caleb. He knows what he’s doing and is easy to work with. I wished I had before pictures. The carpet is like new.

Caleb was punctual, communicated great, and did an awesome job cleaning 6 area rugs. His price is very reasonable too! 100% recommend!

Excellent work. Caleb showed up on time. He was very thorough, fast & efficient. A perfectionist. He made steam cleaning & sealing the grout in our 3,000 square foot home look easy. Superb communication. Easy to work with. Fair pricing. Caleb is easy going, accommodating and incredibly genuine. We will be using Caleb with Red Letter Steam for all of our needs in the future. Hire him. You will not be sorry. Highly recommend.

This was my second time using Caleb and Red Letter Steam. He came highly recommended and I continue that glowing recommendation. Speaking of glowing, my floors sparkled after Caleb cleaned them and the grout on our first encounter and he made my couches and chairs look brand new today! I had a couple tough stains that he got right out and the fabric is so soft and bright. Caleb is also a great guy and keeps communication throughout the process.

Red Letter Steam did an outstanding job. They showed up early, stayed late, and completed everything I asked for—and more. The pricing was very fair for the quality of work delivered. Caleb was especially impressive: professional, friendly, and thorough in answering all of my questions. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again.

Caleb is wonderful. He was responsive, professional, and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. He was communicative (which these days is simply hard to find). I appreciate the time he spent answering questions and laying out his services. He performed the work quickly and the carpets and rugs look great. We scheduled additional services for him to come do, upholstery and tile/grout. We also scheduled a carpet cleaning service months down the road as we were so pleased with his work. Highly recommend Red Letter Steam to anyone!
