Patrick came out and took a look at my older 2013 hvac system to give me estimates on replacement units. He was on time, very professional and l look forward to using them in the future.

It was very little time from when the issue was identified to the time they got the replacement part into my house. I love the fact that they double checked each other‘s work to make sure everything was done properly. After everything was done, they made sure to clean up any mess that they made in the process

Just needed a tune up and filter change after having a bad experience with the original installer. Pepper met my expectations for service and was accommodating and thorough with the work. A I’ll plan on using them in the future.

Adam did a great job checking out my unit today! If you’re not on a maintenance plan with Pepper AC/Heating check into it! Penney alway calls when it time to set up your visit she’s great too!!

Love playing my part to support this local business. Great people that ensure all your HVAC needs are met. They came out last summer when my AC broke and needed it fixed as soon as possible. Did not price gouge me either. I would highly recommend!

My AC went out at 2am. I called Pepper Air around 7:30 & they were here by 10am. Replaced the capacitor & were finished before 10:30. Reasonable prices, courteous & efficient. I would definitely recommend.

Pepper installed our units 18 years ago. Still running. They came out first thing, after this recent cold storm and made the repair quickly. Great service! Keeping the system serviced twice a year has kept us from having big problems. We know our system won’t last forever but thankful for 18 years so far.

I was pleased about a year and a half ago when I paid for a complete new HVAC System and found out today what a poor job they did. They were here yesterday after I called for a service call because the evaporative coil was freezing up. The tech said he couldn’t find any leaks but I was low on refrigerant and he couldn’t add any without doing a leak test , which would cost between $700-900 dollars and would take 2-weeks. He said if failed components were found they could replace them and I might have some adjustments for warranty but I would still be charged for their time and labor; all could cost up to $2,000-3,000.
I called another service contractor today and he found 2- leaks in less than 30 min. and showed me where they spliced in 2- pieces of hard drawn copper pipe to the existing lines and did a poor job of soldering. The original lines were the wrong sizes due to a different refrigerant requirements , so all should have been replaced , as I was paying for a complete new system. The installed dryer in the return line was designed for a 2-ton condenser, not a 4- ton, as mine is.
The bottom line : Good Equipment but poor workmanship and service. I will never use them again.

Awesome experience with Justin and Pepper Air. Responded quickly and resolved the issue. Highly recommend using them for your HVAC needs.

This is the second service call. I have had with Pepper in two years for completely different reasons. John services my system both times. He is calm and friendly and knows his business.

Called on a Sat - it was 100 degrees and “Patrick” acted bothered to have to takemergency call, tried to talk me out of it - explaining how much EXTRA he would knkcharge us.. we were willing to pay -bc we have a senior citizen living in the home and she was miserable - the lack of compassion and his ugly attitude. We will not use them ever again.

A/C developed a coil leak. Patrick responded to internet inquiry within 30 mins, came out the next morning and delivered a repair quote by that same evening. Highly recommend.

Each technician that has come from Pepper air-conditioning and heating has done an excellent job in taking care of our issues and keeping our air conditioners/heat systems well-maintained and working perfectly. When we’ve had to have parts replaced, they’ve done so with excellent service and timing. Everything works even better than before. It's good to have someone you can count on and trust. Pepper Air Conditioning was there when we needed them. It was literally raining, snowing, sleeting and nearly helling that day. They drove out to our home, assessed the problem, drove and got the parts and fixed our heater within a tume of less than 2 hours They did an awesome job and we would definitely use them again.

I’ve been a customer of Pepper A/C for years now and I’ve never been disappointed in their work. Most recently, I had my unit maintenance done by AC tech, John, and he did a terrific job. He was courteous, polite, and very knowledgeable about the job at hand. He provided good detail on the problem and what steps he took to resolve it. I couldn’t be more pleased with the job he did. I highly recommend Pepper AC as it doesn’t get much better than the service they provide.

My A/C went down, called Pepper A/C. Within 15 minutes Zane was on site, diagnosed the capacitor was dead, had the Part on his truck, and we were up and cooling within an hour and a half.
