When our washing machine began to leak we called and their technician came the next day. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and completed the work promptly. He even offered some advice on fixing our stove.

Orkhan and Kaspi appliance repair responded to my call on the weekends and they promptly assured me that they would be here on time. 15 minutes later I received a phone call back from the owner personally reassuring me that his technician will be on. Orkhan, showed up and within 1 hour and 30 minutes was able to replace my entire cooktop for a new one. Their prices are very reasonable.

I recently moved into my home & my washer was shaking violently in the spin cycle, & the hot & cold settings were not working. I reached out to Kaspi. They responded by text & told me they could be here the next morning!!

The tech arrived & worked efficiently & quickly. He found the source of the problem changed 2 parts, & now, my washer runs smoothly! He also switched the hot & cold lines so my machine runs on the chosen temperature. All of this & at a fair price!
