I was linked up with this company via another appliance company. I called midday on Friday and had help just before 11 am. on a Saturday. The window was 10 to 12. So that was nice. I think they listened to me talk about it longer than it took them to find the problem. I liked that he confirmed that was the issue instead of simply seeing the broken igniter that I missed. Part replaced 15 minutes before they estimated receiving it and getting back to the dryer. Price was what I would have spent getting the wrong part (I guessed gas valve thanks to google). Then getting the right part once I found the broken ignitor. Assuming I got OEM parts and not amazon knock off stuff. Not something I'd want to do with a gas appliance... yikes. I cheaped out on the washer valve assembly. That is silly easy to access and far less likely to explode.
Very satisfied with service and value (cost). Used in late 2014 for washing machine issue and again in 2023 to repair refrigerator condenser motor. Danny is friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I called three repair companies before choosing Danny’s based on his lowest price estimate and availability. Actual price came in on the low end of his initial estimate range. Used genuine manufacturer part with 1yr warranty.
