My washer stopped working and Steve Slaton Appliance was recommended. I called on Thursday, spoke with Amanda and she was able to send Matthew out the next day between 11-1. Matthew arrived at 11:25 and had my washer up and running by noon. Very professional, explained what he was doing and ran several tests to be sure it was good to go. From start to finish, everything was great- highly recommend!

My tech rep Brandon Cummings arrived at my house during the designated timeframe to look at my refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. After diagnosing the issue, I appreciated him telling me to call the manufacturer as the compressor was still under warranty. I definitely recommend Steve Slaton Appliance Repair and will be passing on their contact info to others in need of this service.
