Called on a holiday, they answered the phone and scheduled me quickly at a convenient time. They had to order a part but when it came in they finished the job on the weekend. I was happy to get my washer working again as soon as possible. Communication was good and I am very happy with the services provided.
We had a very good experience with them. They first came out on a holiday(Labor Day) was able to look at our washer and tell us what was wrong. They needed to order the part, but it came in, in less than a week. Today is Sunday, so day 6, called us, told us they had the part and asked if they were able to come out today and replace it. Needless to say our washer is now fixed and we were saved from having to buy a whole new one. Thank you so much.

Fadail was very prompt (same day) in coming to investigate the problem of the freezer on our refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable and fixed several problems—unclogged cooling line, checked ice maker, and added Freon. Reasonable cost also with a 90-day warranty.
