Bathroom Remodeler reviews in Katy, Texas

Great Service! Our flooring and staircase was just what we wanted!

I had my floors done by them and will recommend them to anyone I know. They were professional, neat, and responsible, did not cut corners, and did a clean job.

Guys were friendly and respectful. Great work!

I’ve used them for multiple flooring jobs and consistently had great experiences. They are responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and have done good work. I recommend their services

200/100 stars! Very professional and friendly! Sir Emilio and his team works very deligently and cleanly, they are always our to go company whenever we need something to work on in iur household

Emilio & Perpetual Remodeling crew did a great job on our back patio & patio cover!

Super easy to work with. Worked around our busy schedule. Did a follow up visit. Great to have a vendor who is trustworthy.

The staff arrived on time and were very professional. They were very conscientious in protecting my furniture and home doing the install.
They did an excellent job! I recommend them and will use them again.

Very honest and very professional and very fair in cost . They repaired my hardwood floor and they also replaced / repaired tile for the house we are selling and buying . Emilio and his guys are a blessing !

I had Emilio come to my house and measure the size of the new laminate floor to be installed. His measurement of 1137 sq ft was inconsistently higher than the measurement by my insurance company and another contractor, 1066 and 1070, respectively. He then offered to accept the measurement by these two. However, after a month, as we started to discuss the final details of the installation, he changed the floor size to 1,250 sq ft. Of course I rejected it outright. This is just a terrible experience.

Follow up: I did not claim to have used your business. I said I rejected your arbitrary 1250 sq ft measurement, (20% higher than the two other people) and thus your service. The potential customers need to be aware of this kind of non-professionalism. If you choose to respond, please explain the gross discrepancy of measurement. This is not trolling; it is the fact!

Thank you very much for the well done, professional and detailed oriented work that you guys did at my home! They did flooring at my home and painting. I highly recommend this company! They are reliable, professional, friendly and detailed-oriented!

Installation looks wonderful. Easy to work with. Great communication and got the job done in a timely manner. Will use them again and highly recommend!

Emilio and his team were amazing. They helped me rebuild the interior of my home that was damaged from a flood caused by burst piles. they did the drywall, kitchen cabinet rebuild, bathroom remodel, wooden floor install and much more

I came across Perpetual's Flooring through Floor Decor and was pleased with the free estimate. Emilio Chavez is a kind hearted individual who cares about his "future" clients. The crew provided were professional beyond belief. Money well spent. I will be using their services again in a few months!! 5 stars

Responsive, honest, reliable, reasonable and good quality work. I would definitely use this company again and recommend.

All services are excellent. Other than their floor installation specialty, the guys are all around. We had our roofing and fence replacement done with them too and the jobs are excellent. We are happy that we have them that we can trust and rely on when we need home repairs.

Emilio and his team were trust worthy and did a beautiful job updating our kitchen.

Perpetual has been my go-to source for remodeling and flooring for over a year now. They are not the cheapest but they do what they say they’re going to do, when they say they’re going to do it Emilio is always accessible, always polite and always reasonable. Most importantly for me, all of their people are great people that I feel comfortable having in my home
If you don’t have the time or patience for the usual hassles, hire these people. You will not be sorry.

I’ve had many jobs done by Emilio’s crew with Perpetual Remodeling. They do an excellent job at a very reasonable price. They showed up everyday on time until they got the job done. We just had them put in all new kitchen and bathroom cabinets as well as countertops and we are more than happy with the work. We will be using them again on our next project.

Emilio and his crew were great to work with. They remodeled the master bath which included new floors, electrical work, installing can lights, moving plumbing, building a custom shower with a bench, customs cabinets and closet, redid the walls with modern finish instead of popcorn. Top to bottom full remodel. He came several times before the project started to iron out all the details. They were also great in saving us money by telling us where to buy materials for them to use. The collaborative work between us and them was easy. They respond quickly and were blue to work with our schedule. I liked all the workers that came through. I highly recommend their services and we will be using them when we remodel other parts of our home.

Our work space is renewed and my crews are back in the office!

Perpetuals Remodeling was easy to meet with, quick to respond, flexible in scheduling, communicated clearly, worked to meet deadlines, and the craftsmanship exceeded my expectations!!

They will do work for me again!
