Constraction reviews in Katy, Texas

We had some ongoing issues with water spots on the ceiling. The inspection found the problem right away, and the repair solved it completely. It’s been weeks of heavy rain and everything is dry. Really grateful for the reliable work.

We had both gutters and roof repairs done, and everything turned out great. The team was organized and made sure nothing was left behind. It’s been a few months now and everything is holding up perfectly.

Noemar, is very knowledgeable, honest and reliable. As a business owner of an assisted living, he is my go to guy. Will recommend him .

Neomar is highly skilled and in fact generally overqualified for most of what he does. He goes above and beyond for every job he handles and take great pride in his work. He is a very intelligent and kind professional, and I give him the highest recommendation possible.

Excelent service and attention to detail. They have helped us with a couple properties with big electrical panel swaps/issues and smaller outlet/breaker troubleshooting.

Neo did a great job replacing the power distribution panel in my home. Would recommend him!

We had a wonderful experience with DMAYN Electrical and Construction. The work was done well, on time and on budget. Highly recommend them for any electrical work.

I have used Tony and Innovative Wiring Solutions twice now and could not be happier with my experience. One of the best measures of a good company is repeat business and Tony will continue to have mine- big or small. Thank you, Tony!

Tony, and his team are the absolute best electricians in the Houston area.
They will be there at the drop of a hat, and make sure the job is done to perfection. You’d be paying 1.5X elsewhere for this quality of work. Did my EV charger and emergency cable repair, and will be doing all my future electrical.

Tony is awesome! We have used him for a number of projects - multiple TV installations/wall mounts, light installations, hanging heavy difficult items, grommet holes in a new desk…He literally does it all! And he is meticulous. He gets us on his schedule quickly and works fast. And he is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!

Extended concrete patio.

Bryant and his team were very helpful in getting my pantry built and finished. Highly recommend them!

Thisislivin Homes is one of the most reliable companies i have seen in this industry and the customer service is unprecedented the staff always goes over and beyond to meet deadlines and expectations for there clients i would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home or just to find the right home to start a family They always put clients first and are very friendly and just really good people and very family oriented

Absolutely amazing work and incredible service! The team is knowledgeable and they get the job done efficiently as well as right the first time. The customer service is impeccable and they help to guide you through each step of the process.

Bryant and his crew did an excellent job on the repairs needed after having pipes burst due to the winter storm. They were very efficient and prompt. Would hire again.

I must give flowers to Jodi Gauthier. Her wealth of knowledge and her willingness to share it freely; without any hidden agenda or backend price is very rare and very much appreciated. She's a veteran in the real estate industry and the time she took out of her day to share with me was truly invaluable.

Bryant and his crew just completed a full kitchen and master bath remodel along with adding custom cabinetry and fireplace remodel in our den. They came on time, they cleaned up at the end of every day, and they did what they said they would do. They were respectful, terrifically friendly, and did high quality work. I would hire them all over again, hands down!

After Bryant and his team at ThisIsLivin began work, there was very little, if any, downtime. They have assembled top notch cabinetry, plumbing, tile and electrical teams that worked on our project. The crew was here every day without any gaps or delays. And Bryant or another senior member of the team was onsite daily managing the project, and addressing any issues before they became problems. Equally important to us was that Bryant, BP and Rigo all contributed really good design ideas to be sure that we were very happy with the end result. I can’t over emphasize how easy and stress free this potentially overwhelming project of renovating our kitchen, master bath and entertainment center was for us.

Bryant and his team took a home built on the late 70s and brought into the modern world of today. Bryant was open minded and understood what I was looking for. His crew were awesome and he restored my fathers home. My father was so happy and content. It was truely an inspirering experience. Thank you This is Living for making my family happy. Would totally recommed Bryant.

Thisislivin recently remodeled our primary bathroom. They really listened to my design ideas and helped direct me even better ideas. After the project was completed, I found a few small issues that needed to be fixed. They really listened and understood why I considered them issues and came back quickly to redo a small portion of the tile and crown moulding. I would highly recommend this company and willing to work with them again.

We loved working with ThisIsLivin! They were very professional and responsive. Helped us all along the way with their recommendations. Very receptive to changes during the process. We remodeled our kitchen and the final result was amazing. If issues came up they would let us know right away and helped us with a solution (a little electrical issue) that they were able to resolve easily. Communication was great. They let us know what to expect and when to expect it throughout the process. We will recommend ThisIsLiving.
