I loved their service. They were quick to respond and got the job done in a timely manner. The designs are unique and with their help I was able to get the perfect pool for our home. Our kids love it and they made sure to communicate throughout the whole process to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted.

This was our first time building a pool, and while we didn’t think through every detail from the start, we feel lucky to have had Jon as our project manager. He truly made a big difference in our experience. Jon is responsible, reliable, and always on top of things. He scheduled everything on time, answered all our questions, and kept us updated throughout the process. If anything was going to be delayed, he let us know early and explained why and how it would be resolved. His communication was excellent and gave us a lot of peace of mind.

If you choose Averee, I strongly recommend asking for Jon to lead your project. We had a different project staff member at first who left the company in the middle of our build, and the transition to Jon was a huge upgrade.

The main reason for the 3-star rating is the landscaping part of the project. It’s not handled by Jon, but by a salesperson at Averee. Unfortunately, we waited over six weeks for the landscaper to come, and the dates kept getting pushed back. The salesperson consistently ignored our concerns or made promises that were never followed through. Over the past five weeks, he told us more than 10 times—via Slack, text, or phone—that the landscaper would come “tomorrow,” “this week,” or “next week,” yet no one ever showed up. It was really frustrating, especially since everything else was going so well.

We also encountered some misleading promises from the salesperson. One of them was that the backyard would be fully fixed and new sod would be installed right after the pool was finished. But when the time came, they only delivered 5 pallets of sod, while the job actually required 13. We had to pay extra for the remaining pallets, which felt unfair given the original commitment.

Overall, we’re happy with how the pool itself turned out. We’ll be uploading backyard photos once everything is completely finished.

Very , very, unprofessional ! We called them to help with our pool. They showed up for the consultation and said it needed to be drained. We agreed on the price and we later set a date for it to be done. No one ever showed up or called to say they would be late,. We had to contact them. They did not even apologize. They said they could be there the next day at 9 am. Again no one showed up or called. Two days of work I missed because of them.

Contacted this place in late May of 2022. The owner was responsive, courteous and pleasant to speak with at the time. They came out and fixed both a damaged ball diverter valve and a leak at the bottom of my chiller. Took them less than 30 minutes to complete the work for $570.

Less than 2 months later my chiller starts leaking again in the same spot so I’ve attempted to reach out to the owner Bill and he has not responded.

In short, unfortunately for me, this is the second time this has happened with a pool repair firm. They will not stand by their work. There is no reason for this. I would not recommend this place at all. Hopefully, I’ll find a reliable pool repair firm that I can work with for as long as I have my pool.

Poolmaxx took over the care and maintenance of out pool after owner of Clarion pools passed away unexpectedly. We have had inconsistent service ever since the switch to Poolmaxx. Our technician showed up on random days of the week without any prior communication , frequently left equipment in the wrong settings, and let our dogs out into the neighborhood on multiple occasions. Eventually, Poolmaxx simply abandoned our account, stopped showing up, and refused to return calls or emails. There are too many good options out there to waste time or money on subpar service. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I have used PoolMaxx for several years. I would give them 10 stars if I could. As most pool owners know, pool maintenance can be very expensive. After paying too much, for things not needed, I landed with Bill Williams and the PoolMaxx team. They have great integrity and do everything they can to maintain your equipment so that you avoid costly repairs. They are incredibly responsive and reasonable. I highly recommend Poolmax for all of your Pool needs

Poolmaxx has been servicing our pool for 5+ years. When I first was looking for a pool service company, I got 3 different bids and talked with each company owner. Although Poolmaxx was not the lowest bid, I was impressed with their honesty and customer service. Since making the decision to go with Poolmaxx, I have not been disappointed! They have a knowledgable staff and provide excellent customer service! When something goes wrong with my pool equipment or I have a question, they respond within a day. Usually they are able to come out to help me within 24 hours. I highly recommend this company!
