Construction Company reviews in Katy, Texas

They worked on a road near my house and I was impressed by how clean they worked.

Amazing work environment!

Daniel and his team arrived early every day and did an incredible amount of work within one week. He kept me informed of any additional issues. He purchased all the paint and supplies for me. They protected my household with plastic along the cabinets in the kitchen and draped over furniture and taped paper on the floors in high traffic areas and where they were going to work. Superior workmanship on all framing and paint. Very skilled team and always pleasant. I highly recommend Daniel Rodriquez’s company Maintenance and Remodeling Services.

Made my bathroom grout look brand new and the tiles perfectly aligned. My bathroom looks brand new. Thank you so much!

My experience was fantastic. We were dealing with an HOA required paint job and we got a quote almost immediately after calling. A very reasonable quote. Then we had to wait almost a month for the HOA to give us approval to paint what they told us to paint. I was worried that they wouldn’t be available to do the job quickly because of the delay but it was completed within days of us contacting them. They are now my go-to company for house painting. We will absolutely use them again when the HOA sends us a letter about something else next month.

It was a great experience working with Jairo and his crew. They were professional, showed up on time, and did a great job. I had many questions and Jairo patiently answered all of them and offered good ideas and options. I had to Sheetrock my entire garage and install HardiePlank for the lower part because I live in a flood zone. I will definitely be calling them back for the next project on my list. I give them “two thumbs up.”👍👍

You will be so pleased with the services of this company. Very professional—they solve any problems. They show up on time and work to finish the job as promised. The work is excellent. I highly recommend this company for not only painting, but any of their home services. Reasonable fees, reliable, quality work. They provide it all. Hire this firm. You will not be disappointed.

Daniel and his crew were great to work with. They were on time, performed quality work and kept the job site clean throughout the entire job. I highly recommend that you reach out to them for any remodel or handyman services in the greater Houston area. Thank you Daniel!

Never hesitate to contact them again for home projects and recommend them to my friends! Their special attention to details and professional service make the whole experience outstanding!

I am extremely pleased with the work done. I was provided a detailed bid, thoroughly describing what they would do. The crew was timely and professional in their appearance. They repaired several cracks in sheetrock, painted the walls and ceiling, replaced an old light fixture with recessed cans and replaced a door handle. Everything looks great, high quality work at a fair price!

Daniel and his team did an outstanding job with repairing my ceiling and remodeling various areas. His work was exceptional and he demonstrated a high level of honesty. I highly recommend him.
