Very happy with the service provided - in my case the goal was to install a generator inlet and a whole home surge protector. My technician walked through the options available in my situation and was extremely knowledgeable about each. Once decided, the outcome of the service exceeded my expectations and the electrician spent time with me to fully understand how to use the system properly in various outage situations. **Worst $500 I’ve ever spent – unprofessional, unskilled, and zero communication.**
Paid $500 for a half-done job. Technician clearly didn’t know what he was doing, and when we asked for someone else, they refused. Staff seemed confused, no follow-up, no call when they didn’t show up. Unprofessional and zero accountability.

Mr electric gave great service. There was no charge to come to my home and review problems. Tech was very thorough as he looked for problem and explained everything in detail to me before any work began. And while he was here I also asked him to look at other miner problems which he willingly did and repaired per my requests
