One of these vans almost ran me off the road just now! They had to be going 85+ on the grand parkway south (65mph limit). They looked like they were racing the car next to them. It was really scary. I tried to call and let the company know, but I was on hold for 5 minutes with no voicemail option.

I didn’t even have to hire them to know they are disrespectful. I was on my way to class (mind you I’m going 90 mph) they were riding my butt (and also mind you, I was waiting for a car in front of me to get over). I swear a little tap on the breaks and they would’ve hit me. Overall, if they are driving that bad, they must be bad. Also a fully tinted out black truck (lifted). License is LPJ or something. I’m not saying driving fast is the problem, it’s the on my rear for no reason.

This company is awesome! Nathan came out & found the issue right away. I was told the part we needed for our heater might take days to get in but they found the part we needed the same day. The entire process took less than 24hrs. We are back up & running! Thanks Brandt Electrical & great job Nathan!

Top-notch honest and reliable contractor. Was referred to them by a also amazing GC. They came out within less than 2 hours and fixed the problem shortly afterwards. Being in Property Management, customer service and resident retention is of paramount importance. Dorian is an an A/C tech who has impressed me. Yes he is knowledgeable and gets the job done but that is not what impresses me. He keeps me informed and up to date. He does what he says he is going to do. He is typically on time and lets you know if and why he is running late. I’m not chasing him for updates or questioning his word. He takes the time to explain exactly why the a/c or heat is malfunctioning and gives an expected time of completion. He seems to really care and it’s what puts him over the top. We've worked with Brandt at various apartment communities through our contractors. We called them directly on December 1 for an emergency and they promptly responded and completed the work. I received the invoice a few days later and was literally printing the check to send to them on December 10 when I received a threat from them to file a lien against our property. Frankly, there are so many electrical contractors in Houston we don't need to put up with this poor service. I would think paying in 10 days is pretty good, unfortunately not for Brandt.
