Yalla Electric completed a 50 Amp generator inlet + interlock in a timely and efficient manner. They provided a rough estimate based on pictures prior to showing up which was more than most companies are willing to do and a huge time saver not having to meet every company willing to quote the job. Heshem and his coworker came off as knowledgeable and realistic. It's great to have a solid local company in the area.

I had a large electrical project for our new home, including installing outdoor ceiling fans on high ceilings, a chandelier on a high ceiling, five additional ceiling fans and chandeliers, and a NEMA 14-50 outlet in the garage for our car charger. I received quotes from at least five other electricians in the Katy area, and Yalla Electric was hands down the best price by far.

More importantly, from the first conversation, it was clear they are honest, trustworthy, and committed to doing the job right. They exceeded our expectations—working tirelessly with patience, professionalism, and genuine graciousness. The quality of their work was outstanding, and everything was completed perfectly.

These guys are amazing to put it simply and quick to respond. I called them yesterday and they came the next morning. They set up my generator and installed the outlet. Changed an outlet next to my AC unit that wasn’t working and finally added an outlet to charge my Tesla. Great clean work.

David was professional, courteous and came exactly when he said he was coming. I wasn’t able to be present for the job, but he and his associates kept in touch throughout the entire process. When I had an issue completely unrelated to their job, he was quick to come and help out, after hours at that, without a second thought. Very reasonable prices too.

The service is poor. I called Adle Electrician to come and repair my outlet as it lost power in which they came promptly and made the adjustment on the receptacle switch. However, they did not inform me about the hourly charge until the job was done. I wish they had told me when I first called! The charge was outrages on top of that was a “service fee” of $99. I did pay it and now after 2 weeks my power on the outlet is out again. Not doing business again.

I am new to the area and was referred by a plumber I trusted. I have been so impressed by the professionalism, expertise, courtesy, timeliness, helpful advice and suggestions, outstanding quality of work. All prices were agreed upon ahead of time. James stands by his work 100%. I cannot say enough positive things about his work and service. I recommend Adle Electrician highly and with no reservations.

I believe this firm isn't actually an electrical company, what I've gathered is they're a broker service for freelance electricians, etc. They'll charge you a service fee when you schedule service, however, this is actually to pay for a service called "Premium Home" which is the "broker service" application. Not sure they actually provide any service outside of assigning you a technician. Fast forward, I scheduled an appointment for Monday, they told me they'd be there between 9-12 that same day. No show, called back Tuesday, they rescheduled for that same morning, no show. Called Tuesday afternoon, rescheduled for that same afternoon, no show. Starting to notice the pattern? Played that silly little game until Friday where I decided to cancel and request a refund for the service fee, they obliged with no pushback. They were very unapologetic throughout the process, I suggest finding a local company to handle your needs. These guys are a lousy call center.

Very busy I guess. Called, but that's it

I had a breaker that needed replacing. After paying the service fee, they quoted me $375 to replace a breaker. As these breakers only cost $40-60 and can be replaced easily, I feel robbed/scammed. I will not reach out again for any future business.

If I could give it negative stars, then I would. Setup an appointment for the following day with a schedules time of 8am to 10am. At a little after 11am the next day, I called their office and mouthy lady answered. She rudely asked what my name was. Then she said the electrician was suppose to be there between 8am-11am. She then said she would have him call me. I get a text a little later stating the electrician is finishing up and will be out shortly. Fast forward to 1p, nobody is here. I contact the electrician. He says he is on route. I told him I won't be here but someone will be. Fast forward to 4p my kid calls and says the electrician is here.

Ended up I needed my powerbox/panel replaced. Scheduled for the next day. It never happened because there was a lot of communication issues. One of them being, the electrician wanted a 50% deposit but the electrician didn't give me a way to pay it until the next morning. I figured when he showed up onsite I would just give him the money. When I said okay great see you in the morning he didn't mention anything about zelle or paypal at that point.

When I texted him in the morning he said he will show up when the deposit is paid and that is when he gave me the payment options. I don't want a repeat of the day before where I just sit around and wait on a maybe. I needed someone here onsite in the morning, today, and it just didn't work out that way. I can't wait around all day. I have a schedule too. So I called another company and they are already here working on it. It is more expensive but they're moving quickly.

The other issue was "no refunds" and "as-is" workmanship according to estimate he sent over. That didn't inspire confidence at all.
