AHS sent out AIM High Electrical. Jim arrived at the time that he stated on the phone. Very professional, polite and explained several things. The problem was fixed with great care. I will recommend them for anything electrical and will be calling them back for any other issues. Thank you for running an excellent business that has pride in their work.

Jim and the team are amazing. We had an emergency and we were out of power the whole afternoon in this hot summer day. They were on it late into the night and completed the job making it comfortable for us at the end of it. Very satisfied with the service.

Jim was excellent. Replaced a GFCI plug outlet and helped to diagnose another problem we were experiencing with our water sprinkler control panel. Also had him replace a few other wall outlets which were needing replacement. Timely, courteous and competitively priced! Thanks Jim for your help!

AIM has all certified and insured electricians. They did awesome job for underground high voltage cables replacement. Jim is very professional and their service charges are very reasonable as compared to others.

I had an issue with half of my power to the house out. Turns out that there was damage to the underground feed caused by a previous contractor doing sewer line replacement in our subdivision. The repair required digging up and replacing the main feed wire. The electrician (Francisco) was very professional and extremely courteous. He went the extra mile to look for the damage and waited for the project manager of the company doing the sewer line repairs to arrive and show him the damage. The owner, Jim, was also involved and is also going the extra mile helping me try and get the sewer line repair company to pay for the repair. What turned out to be a very difficult repair due to tree roots in the way of the dig was handled expertly.
In closing, I'm not one to do any type of online review, but in this case I felt the need. These folks are genuine customer service experts. These are the guys I will call for future electrical needs, and will highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I did not have any problems getting an estimate to install ceiling fans, and there were no hidden costs. Jim and Scott arrived on time. They had a pleasant attitude and answered all my questions. I enjoyed talking to them. The work was completed in a timely manner. I will use Aim High Electricians in the future.

Jim and his team were very professional and did a wonderful job installing fans and light fixtures in my home. They ran into some unexpected issues but were able to quickly and effectively work around them. Jim even made a run to Home Depot to buy an item that would help with an unanticipated cosmetic issue with one of my fans. Besides doing great work, Jim provided me with important information regarding electrical issues and some things I might want to consider to safe guard my house. We received a quote from a big name electric company referred to us through the Home Depot and they wanted to charge us $400 more than Jim. His prices are very fair and the work is done right. I highly recommend Aim High Electricians and will definitely be using them again!

My backup generator failed to power the house after a transformer blew. I called Aim High to send an electrician out to examine my ATS and generator. Francisco was prompt and always professional. He was able to locate the failure in the wiring in the ATS and fix it. I was pleased by the communication throughout the work. I recommend Aim High for their services.

Update 2024-04-29

I hired Aim High again to install a generator in my new home. Since this was the second time I’ve been through the process, it was very easy to work with Adam to get the project specs and quoted. The job was done quickly and professionally. I was pleased by how well everything went. I felt especially lucky because about two weeks after the generator went in, a large tornado-producing storm system blew through my area. The new generator ran for about three days straight before grid power was restored. Thank you Jim, Adam, and crew for your work and keeping my lights on during this mini-crisis!

Jim and his team were very helpful and professional when they installed our generator. They came and did it in less than 5 hours. The after sale service, and questions i had were answered, and was always helpful. His son Adam, took time to come by to ensure all systems were running and was very resourceful. I am satisfied by their service, now i just need to find a rightly priced maintenance contract :)

Francisco with Aim High Electrical was fantastic! He took his time to carefully take down and replace the 5 crystal chandeliers, 4 wall sconces, and 3 tiffany-esque lamps in a house we are moving from to normal fixtures and ceiling fan. He was very professional and knowlegeable in his craft. He even informed
me of the ones he felt needed to be rewired due to age. Absolutely wonderful to work with! I will definitely be asking for him again when we reinstall at our new home!
