I am so glad we switched to Katy Cleaning Services! The same team always comes and they do a great job. Because it’s more than one person, they get the job done fairly quickly. They bring their own cleaning supplies too! The team that comes to my house is super nice and professional. I love how my house feels once they are done, I definitely recommend them!

I wanted to update this because we have now used Katy Cleaning for several years, and they are absolutely fantastic! Between our regular cleaning, and deep cleanings when needed, they have kept my house in absolutely spectacular condition, even through years of unruly toddlers! I rarely have time to do anything around the house, and they ensure I don't have to. I am a serious critic when it comes to a good clean, and I'm extremely satisfied with their cleaning. We love Katy Cleaning Services. The team always does a fantastic job. They are trustworthy, friendly and professional. We have two small dogs and they stop and pet them when they come in. The bathroom, floors and blinds are spotless. They change the bed sheets and put the dirty ones in the laundry. I always love coming home to my clean house after they are here. Katy Cleaning Services did a great job on Cleaning my 1 bedroom and 1 bath apartment for move in. The organizer was kind and prompt with directing the ladies to come to my apartment. The ladies were great about throughly Cleaning every space. Blanca made the rusty oven rack shine back to their original silver. I used Katy Cleaning Services for a move-out clean and couldn't be happier with their service. The team was incredibly professional from start to finish, arriving exactly on time as promised. Their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. They kept me informed and were responsive to any questions I had.

Received a text from Katy Cleaning Services less than 24 hours before my scheduled cleaning “confirming” that they’d be arriving at 2 PM. The issue? My cleaning was booked for 8 AM. No one called to explain a conflict or ask if the new time worked for me, just informed me of the change as if it had been scheduled that way all along. I find this extremely unprofessional.

I would have been understanding if they had simply communicated a scheduling issue. The problem is the complete lack of professionalism and courtesy in how it was handled. The person I texted with, D. Salinas, wasn’t remorseful or apologetic, you could tell she didn’t care at all about a new customer being inconvenienced.

It’s ironic that they require a credit card upfront so they can charge customers for cancellations or reschedules, yet there are no consequences, care, or concern when they reschedule less than 24 hours in advance. If reliability and professionalism matter to you, I’d suggest looking into one of the many other cleaning services available in Katy.
