Texas Green did an outstanding job for me! Professional, on time, accurate, good quality job, great communication, they transplanted a tree, trimmed my other trees and shrubs and removed three trees that didn't survive the freeze. They have my yard ready for a new chapter! Great, great job

I gave them a call on 3/27/2024 around 11am ish to make an appointment for estimate. At first, they didn’t pick up because they are working. Later on, someone got back to me and told me that he’ll come by 2-3pm.

Instead of running other errands that required me to go out of my house, I decided to stay home and do some electrical jobs around the house to wait for him.

They never came. I called and texted the number and the guy called me back around 4:55pm saying that he is on his way to my house. I told him that he should have told me that he can’t make it to my house on time. He said he was busy and forgot. I understand this too. Then he promised to be at my home in 10 minutes by 5:10. He never came. I gave him few more calls and texted, he ignored all my calls. What kind of a business does this to a potential customer? I am not trying to be a karen here. But a lying business is not worth to be trusted. I do not know if I spoke with the owner or one of his crew, but this was a very disappointing experience as I believed Texas Green was one of the best tree removal service around the town. I won’t be recommending this service to any of my neighbors and HOA for such a dishonest lie.

If you are a customer that prioritizes honesty and people being on time and respecting your time, then I recommend you to think twice about hiring Texas Green

Another tree service failed to show up for an agreed-upon appointment to remove some oleander trees that I had cut down. Texas Green answer the phone and within an hour had it crew out hauling it away and cleaning up. They did a fantastic job and even took care of all the little debris left behind so that it was absolutely clean. Very professional, courteous, and excellent service. Highly recommend.

Cannot say enough good things about this company! After the freeze we had back in February some of my palms needed to be remove and trim. So I called Texas Green, and Rodrigo came out to do a site walk and give me a quote. He listened to my concerns, what I wanted on my palms and yard, and gave me his professional insight into what I needed. The quote was reasonable, and so I booked the service.

The day of, the crew showed up on time, and did an amazing job of prep before doing any work. My walkways were protected from falling debris through the whole process. They cleaned up when they were finished.

The Palm look great, we will be calling for my palms or any trees needs. I will definitely be calling Texas Green again

Rodrigo and his team did a fantastic job of cutting down a large tree and trim five trees. My backyard is much brighter now. I highly recommend Texas Green for tree services.

I enjoyed working with Texas Green from start to finish. It was the easiest and most helpful experience. I called the information phone line, and within a day I had someone at my house to give me a quote. The next day, they came out and completed the service. The two yardmen were incredibly polite, went above and beyond, and did a thorough job with hedge trimmings, lining the sidewalk, and removing the cut grass. All of these extra steps were observed and appreciated.

I am very pleased and happy with their service. Had another company cutting down 4 trees and a palm tree. They were supposed to haul it too, never happened.
I called many companies to have it hauled but they declined when I sent them pictures.
Texas Green came the next day, gave me an estimate, started same day and finished the next day.
Very professional, thank you very much.
I will be back for their tree grinding service in a few months.

They did a wonderful job on trimming my oak trees, raising the canopy of a Magnolia, and removing a dying pecan tree. They were on time, great price, easy to work with, and they cleaned up everything beautifully to the point that you’d never have known we’d just had work done. They are honest too—an ancient fence slat cracked when a branch was being cut…they could have left it and we might not have known, but they replaced the fence slat without prompting. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future when the trees need trimming again. Great experience!

We are very pleased with the work Rodrigo and his crew did. After hurricane Beryl we had a tree fall in our yard and a large limb from another tree fall on the fence. I called our now previous tree service at 9am the day of the storm and asked to be put on the schedule. I waited 9 weeks. I am happy to say I now have a new responsive tree service! I called Texas Green tree service and was shocked to speak to someone, and even more surprised to have Rodrigo here 2 hours after my phone call for an estimate. A week and a half later they arrived at the stated time. They trimmed 6 large trees, 1 tree removal and stump grinding. 1 large limb removal and tree reshaping. They cleaned all the debris, limbs, leaves, and wood shavings. The trees looks amazing, the yard has more sunlight, and multiple neighbors have noticed how nice everything looks! I highly recommend Texas Green for all your lawn and tree services. Rodrigo and his crew are courteous, reliable and profesional. They take care of my lawn once a week, but I recently hired them to remove several pine trees from my back yard. These were 40-50 feet tall and close to the house. A difficult job. They removed these trees carefully, safely and with precision. They hauled all debris and left the area clean. The price was very reasonable and they are fully insured, which was important to me. Family owned and very nice people to know.

BEWARE of this company. They routinely destroy sprinkler heads and takes forever to replace them. Now my system less than 6 months old the guy is refusing to fix the major water leak. Just a poor excuse for a landscape/irrigation company.

Well run company with a rapidly increasing customer base in the Houston Area. Native's number one focus (besides quality work) is customer service and it shows!

The NLD has played a key role in turning around the landscape in a number of the smaller properties and several of the large and tremendously prominent developments I manage. The Houston Branch Manager consistently reaches out to me directly to ensure that my properties stay in great shape. The Account Managers drop by my office regularly to confirm that all landscape related items are handled and that no metaphoric fires need to be put out. With NLD you will get the capability of an nationwide MEGA - company like Brightview, but the attention and care of a local single branch shop (which Brightview could never provide)
