They have had our car for over a month and it's not been touched. We even had an appointment. Boy they screwed up big time because we had a lot of work for them. Any body know of a GOOD upholstery person?

I took my car to Jackson auto upholstery to have the convertible top repaired on a 2011 Camaro convertible. After six weeks I finally got the car back with the exact same problem it already had. Leaking water into the back floorboard. When you Google a 2011 Camaro convertible top it will tell you that there was so many problems with the top that year that the 2012 had a different top and needed a conversion kit. I paid $1799. I took the car back a few days later. She said they would look at it and let me know what the problem was. That has been two weeks ago again and today they still know nothing about my car . Eight weeks $1800. Two days driving three hours to take the car getting another driver and I still had the same problem I had when I took it. Waiting to see what is going to be done.

I took my car for some weather stripping to be replaced. They were going to charge me $350.00 for labor only. I made an appointment with them. I took my car to them on a Monday and didn't get it back till Tuesday afternoon. I got lucky that a piece of weather stripping was missing. They charged me $165.00. They didn't even check it for leaks after they were done. I took my car to H & H Upholstery he charge me $25.00 and it took him only 30 mins. They will never every get any more of my business.
