I was very happy with the service. Rachel in particular was very friendly, helpful and very accommodating. . Norma who cleaned the apartment was very friendly, courteous and did a very good job. All my calls were answered promptly. Very happy I chose this company and I would highly recommend this company for cleaning services.

I’ve used Ready Set Maids for a few years now. From my previous home and now at our new home. They never disappoint. Booking services online is very convenient and I love the email reminders for my upcoming appointments.

We have a two story 3400 s.f. house and Angelina came by herself, right on time and completed a thorough cleaning in about an hour and a half. If it weren't for the vacuum I'd have hardly known she was here. Great service and courteous employees!

There was great communication from the office and they made every effort to keep me informed during the entire set up and process. The cleaners did a wonderful job! I'll definitely use this service again!

The young lady was so thorough and cleaned places I never expected! I didn’t get her name but if I was staying in Texas I would hire Ready set Maids to start cleaning our home! Highly recommend!!

This company is amazing!! My usual cleaner, Miss Deinys, consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty and does such a great job. This week, I had 2 different ladies do my clean, and they did a fantastic job as well. This company is great to work with; excellent customer service, quick and easy online access for changes, and overall very professional and friendly. I have been a loyal customer for about 2 years now, and I have no intention of changing that. Thank you ReadySetMaids!!

I’ve used this service for several years and never been disappointed. If there were any issues or special requests Rachel resolved them right away or incorporated them into the next cleaning. The team is reliable to arrive at the scheduled time and works thoroughly and efficiently to get the job done as requested.

I have had the same two cleaning girls from the beginning, Lisseth and Nairis, and they always very friendly and willing to please. I do feel they get finished much faster than they should (it takes me at least 10 hours to clean my house; the two of them only take 2-2 1/2 hours to do it!). Still, it is nice and clean when they leave. I have asked them to utilize some of my favorite tools and supplies, which they have been happy to do, and that has helped surfaces get more thoroughly clean. They are wonderful and compassionate people and I am happy to have them around. Yes, I am usually here when they arrive, although one time they had to let themselves in, and called as soon as they got in, and asked me if I had any specific requests.

Another good thing about this company is that you can arrange everything on the website, which is pretty user-friendly. BUT having this convenient feature, plus paying an office staff, creates overhead for this business which, of course, is paid for by the customer. There are a lot of individuals out there who clean houses, and would not need to charge this much, so anyone considering Ready Set Maids should contemplate this. When I do the math and realize what I'm paying is about $35/hour, I kind of cringe. At least they are consistent; the girls are adorable; the online communication is very convenient and if I need interpreters I can contact the office staff for help.

Overall, a good company and I am happy with them.

Ready Set Maids was responsive and flexible with our changing schedule and showed up on time to complete the work. Ruth was very thorough and cleaned the property very professionally. She did a wonderful, wonderful job and helped us get moved out on time and transfer ownership to the new owners without issue. Highly recommend RSM and highly recommend Ruth.

We use the service every other week and would recommend the service if you require your home to be cleaned. Ruth who does our home has always done an excellent job and makes sure we are happy before she leaves.

Duilia did a wonderful job cleaning my rental property. The tenant left the home in a mess but she did an excellent job in cleaning my home. My real estate agent couldn’t believe how good the home look because she saw what it looked like before.

I wasn't very impressed with my 1st cleaning appointment with Ready Set Maids; however, I decided to give them a second try and I was assigned Norma who has been nothing but Excellent with cleaning my home the past few appointments. Even when I expressed dissatisfaction with an area of the home that was not properly cleaned, she was immediately scheduled to return a few days later to get it right. I appreciated that very much as that's great Customer Service. My only complaint is the pricing which I think is still on the high side even with the discounts offered.

We were moving out of our temp apartment when our house was finished & hired Ready Set Maids. They were super flexible, had great pricing, and the website made it easy to reschedule when we needed it. Once I finish unpacking, I will be hiring them for bi-weekly cleaning at our new house.
