Westside Maids did an amazing job on my home. I’ve always been hesitant about maid services .. however it had gotten to be too much for me to do alone . Westside Maids made me question why I waited so long. When they were done , my home was spotless..Please don’t hesitate to call them if you’re looking for a maid service .

We've used Westside Maids for many years and have always found them professional, punctual and they do a good job. We recently used their window cleaning service on our disgustingly dirty windows and Dean came up aces - professional, good service, fast and our dogs loved him!

We have been using Westside Maids since 2019. The quality of the cleaning has not wavered since then. We appreciate the care taken during cleaning and the personalized touches we come home to on cleaning day.

I love Westside Maids! They are the best cleaning service I have ever known. They are so professional and thorough and do exactly what they say they will. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Well worth the investment and easy to maintain things in-between the times they come.

My name is Jessica, formerly Mrs. Plus America 2014. I am writing this review to sing my praises about Westside Maids. I was recently in a major car accident and had to spend 2 months rehabilitating away from home. Since it was time to return to my home, I booked Westside Maids to clean my place up prior to me transitioning back home. I especially needed help cleaning my refrigerator, pantry and restrooms. Tammy, the owner, and 3 cleaning ladies came out to my house and did an outstanding job. They were able to throw out 2 months worth of old food, wipe off items and clean shelves and bins. Since my arms are still broken I would not have been able to do those chores myself. The services they provided were done wonderfully. Additionally, the customer service was above and beyond. Any bumps along the way were quickly addressed by Tammy and her assistant Andrea. I am so very pleased. I would definitely recommend Westside Maids to anyone looking for professional cleaning services. I will definitely be a repeat customer as Westside Maids offered great service at a very reasonable price. This day and age where people don't do their jobs effectively and most people don't believe in offering good customer service, I am pleased that these were not issues with this company. I gave 5 stars only because I couldn't go higher. Man when I tell y'all I have ocd and nobody cleaning is perfect to me. The lady came to my house for a deep cleaning and kicked my house but. My apologies I didn't catch her name but I do know that she is the sister to the owner of the company. Very professional and cleaned my house with love like she was cleaning her own house... From ceiling fan, windows and she cleaned out the refrigerator, the stove. There wasn't nothing that she wasn't really to tackle.. this is the company for you!!!! Give them a chance and I promise you won't be disappointed. Thank you again from a very satisfied returning customer...

Westside Maids and their team are always on it! We hired them initially for a deep clean during a medical need in our family, and ended up booking biweekly service! Their rates are reasonable. They are very efficient while at the home, and they communicate constantly. We get calls before and after the job is complete And they announce any issues, if any, ASAP

Westside Maids is THE BEST!!! I needed help cleaning to move out of my 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Three wonderful ladies arrived and in 2 hours, they had my apartment looking like it was brand new!! I was so impressed! I recommend this company to everyone.

Anna committed to cleaning my house yesterday. Double confirmed with her on Monday. Multiple attempts to reach her via Facebook messenger, phone, and text messages yesterday all got no reply. I was in a pinch and they let me down. I spent two hours after work and feeding my family cleaning last night because I was hosting a holiday lunch today. Truly stressed me out. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

They did a very thorough job of deep cleaning our house and took their time, not rushing through. The house felt very fresh and clean to come back into and they walked it with us, providing a checklist to make sure all was completed - from baseboards to exhaust and vent fan grates! The only thing I would suggest adding into the deep clean service would be the inside of the oven, which didn’t seem to have been done, and cleaning of splash/dirt spots on the walls. We have two kids who are constantly putting dirt and hand prints on the walls and doors and I would have liked to see that cleaned as well. Otherwise, great cleaning service and customer service and the pricing is fair considering all that comes in the service, depending on what you choose.

I didn’t catch the names of the two women that cleaned our house but they were so sweet, observant, detail oriented and thorough. They really put in the time and effort to clean our home. Booking was made easy and they were responsive. Prices were comparable or a tad bit more than other services we have used in the past but worth it, I recommend them and will use them again.
