No clear communication of price no matter what I asked, when they finally show up and after hours of work say they can spend a week quoting blowers or use a $1000 blower and replace it for $1500. I paid the $500 deposit and they replaced it (terrible communication, had to harass repeatedly for them to come every day, guy smoked in my attic) with the wrong kind of motor that immediately broke, and so now a week and $500 later and 3 wasted PTO days, I need to hire someone else
