I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from J&CR for my HVAC replacement. From start to finish, they were absolutely outstanding.
First off, their pricing was incredibly competitive—honestly one of the best quotes I received—which made the decision easy. But what really set them apart was the level of professionalism and care they brought to the entire process.
Their diagnostic was extremely thorough, and they took the time to walk me through everything they found and explain my options in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or pressured—just genuinely informed.
The installation itself was flawless. They were punctual, showed up exactly when they said they would, and worked efficiently while paying close attention to every detail. They also kept everything clean and organized throughout the job, which I really appreciated.
