The day I created a request for service on Thumbtack, Daniel from Service Pros responded with a quote within 20 minutes. The following day around noon I messaged him asking for the soonest available appointment time and he quickly replied telling me that he could make it that same day between 4pm-7pm. Soon after I called him to gave him my address and confirmed the time. He did mention that his work van was being repaired at that time so he was unsure exactly when he would be available to leave but that he would call 45 minutes before anticipated arrival. He did call later around 4pm to let me know that he would not be able to make the appointment that day due to the repairs on his van not being completed yet. I agreed to wait until the following day around early after noon because the auto shop told him his van would be ready by noon at the latest. The next day came but Daniel's van still was not ready. He kept the appointment anyway and used his personal car to come out to my house.

He methodically diagnosed the issue while explaining the source of the problem then walked through the possible solutions and quotes including a more economical "hole patch" option which he did not recommend but wanted to disclose as a possibility. He ultimately recommended a long-term solution with varying price ranges but left the decision up to me without trying to up-sell me.

Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why, great customer service and not to mention a great value. I did my due diligence and Service Pros is more than reasonable when it comes to prices but don't take my word for it.

Daniel was thorough in my ac assessment. Provided good feedback on the status of the unit. He was very polite. Recommend the service

Called service pros a/c and heating due to an a/c issue we were having. The office staff were friendly and very helpful. Daniel was our technician. He was very honest and explained the issue to us in a way we could understand. Pricing is fair and reasonable. We will definitely call service pros a/c and heating for all our a/c and heating needs.

Great service today. Twice a year I know I can count on Service Pros to check my HVAC system and keep me cool or warm as needed. Would recommend them for any one.

Daniel always does such an amazing job for me. I really appreciate his approach to HVAC work and trust his opinion. This most recent time he even showed me how to maintain the unit better. Glad I found you all.

These guys are great. Fan went bad at 6:30 PM and they had it fixed by 9:00. I don’t know of any other company that offers that kind of service.

Daniel Martinez came out to work on our AC. We called because it was not cooling he found the outside unit making noise. He thoroughly inspected the system and got it going without a big cost. He was very honest and took his time to explain the issues. He is honest and trustworthy. Very highly recommend him and the company.

I called service pros a/c and heating because my a/c was not working. I spoke with Jennifer regarding an appointment. She was very friendly and professional. Daniel came out to our home. He was thorough, knowledgeable, honest and was able to fix our a/c the same day. Prices are upfront and fair.

A/C stopped cooling around 2:00 pm today. Called Service Pros immediately and Daniel was here at 6:00 pm and had it up and cooling in no time. They are the best. Even bought my A/C from them several years back. I highly recommend.

Daniel was able to come same day I called and was very happy about the clear correspondence! Very professional and thorough inspection for a great, affordable price. He told me I just needed a new carburetor in the outside fan and then also cleaned it and flushed the ac line.
Very reliable and transparent, will continue to use them and let everyone know how awesome they are for homeowners.

Awesome service, been on the maintenance plan since 2019 and renew every year. Anytime we've had an issue we have always called and have gotten our issue resolved within hours on the same day. Highly recommend!!!

Great experience! Daniel is very professional, but also down to earth. He explains what he is doing, and why. He even showed me the damaged parts as he pulled them off the unit so I could see the damage for myself. I have a very old system and I wasn't pressured into anything that I didn't need to get the system up and running again. I do believe that I have found my go to AC service company in the Katy area. Having your AC go out is very stressful, but the stress way gone after he left! Great job!
