Junk Removal reviews in Katy, Texas

LUCKY - Lucky to find these folks. Amazing attention to detail, just what I needed, to prepare a house for sale. I highly recommend Chris and the team. Clean up well on top of the removal sending before & after photos of their work.

Chris provided very good service. He removed the things within an hour. He was also very helpful with the payment options and signed up for Paypal immediately.

My senior parents had a small furniture removal job. After leaving a short message Chris called us back right away. He instantly made us feel we called the right company. I was worried the job might be too small, but it didn’t phase Chris at all. He quoted us the minimum and asked when he could do the pickup. There was no phone hassle or lengthy scheduling issues. They arrived on time and txt me when the job was completed. Alpha and Omega Junk removal is customer focused and extremely professional. I highly recommend them for your next project. Skip the big chain companies and give Chris a call. You won’t regret it!

Alpha Omega Junk Removal was professional, prompt, and courteous. I am so thankful that I found out about the company and I will be recommending to all of my family and friends. They did an awesome job!

Chris and his team were amazing! They helped me quickly get my dads house cleaned out and treated my family and property with the utmost respect!

I needed help quick. Chris came out and checked out the junk from 14 years living in a home. He gave me a quote and had my huge mess gone within 2 hours of my phone call. This is the only company I'd ever call for this kind of job again. They made a customer for life.
Thanks Chris!!!

My experience was a very positive and pleasant one can you believe that . Chris show up way before time even with the bad street red lights problem due to the Hurricane. He act more like a family member trying to help out. They were fast and got the job done. I Highly recommend his business to pick up junk. I will refer the business to others in need.

I needed junk hauled away within the next few days so I thought to call and organize something today. Chris had a high star review so I called him. He answered right away and said he could come over at that moment and give me an estimate. He showed up in less than 30 minutes, gave me an extremely fair price and told me he could remove my junk RIGHT NOW! He was super friendly, very professional and finished it all up so quickly. Before you call any of those other guys, call Chris first! Thank you for excellent customer service today, Chris 🤗

I was looking for a service to remove my old sectional sofa. Found Alpha Omega on Google map on the West side of Houston. I called him and he came within half an hour. The price is great, the speed is fast. They got things done as promised.

Chris was so amazing! I needed next day service when I lost a family member unexpectedly and had to get his house cleaned out quickly. He immediately understood my situation, gave me a solid quote and completed the work the next day for me! I highly recommend him and his team for your clean up and hauling needs!!!

Chris was amazing. Within 1.5 hours of calling him my item was removed. Very professional, kind and hard working. Highly recommend him for any of your junk removal needs.

Chris came in and got the work done. The price was reasonable. He was very careful not to damage my floors or walls. I definitely recommend them.

Called Chris in the morning with a request about some junk. Not only did he answer, he solved my problems.

What set Chris apart was how willing he was to help me with my junk issues, and when a busy business owner personally takes time to assist you with the problem, then you know that it's a solid business.

Good pricing, timely, polite, pleasant, and offered great service. 11/10 would use again. 🤩

Alpha Omega Junk Removal was very professional. They assisted us with working with our churches schedule and provided a prices that was suitable for our budget. They then knocked out the trash/debris in less then 30mins and cleaned up right after. We were highly grateful for their services and will use again...

Easily negotiated a fair price and no hassle to schedule a pick up. Workers were polite and friendly, they loaded and removed within 30 minutes.

Chris was clear and up front about pricing and service. His communication was professional and prompt. He was patient with my needs, as I reside out-of-state and had to coordinate the household residents' availability and what needed to be hauled away, and Chris maintained communication with me over a two week period until we were ready to get the job done. Would definitely recommend his services.

They were able to fit me in on the same day I called and were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Super friendly and accommodating.

Chris is a stand up and hardworking guy. I called him to see if he could help getting rid of some old grills, deck boxes and miscellaneous junk that had accumulated on the side of my house and yard. He responded immediately and was at my house in less than 30min. He got it all cleaned up and hauled off for a reasonable price. It was some heavy stuff.

He’s got a great ring tone too. Ask him about it when you get him to help.

Chris was great. Great prices. Great personality. He took the time to let me look through my boxes so I didn’t get rid of anything important. Great service. I would highly recommend this company.

I’ve called and ask for an estimate to remove debris and dirt in my backyard, they asked me for pictures, in the meantime called another company and they were the same, same guy, same phone, after he recognized me he texted me back stating that we don’t remove dirt which is debris and construction debris, a service they offered in their website. What a poor customer service and unprofessional service overall. Don’t go with them they picked just the easy stuff.

I recently used Alpha Mega Junk Removal to clear out some old furniture and clutter, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Chris, who handled the job, was professional, efficient, and friendly. He managed to fit me in for same-day removal, which was a huge relief. The pricing was very reasonable, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend Alpha Mega Junk Removal for anyone needing fast, reliable, and affordable junk removal.
