Zac was very professional and outstanding he needs a promotion or raise he gave a throughout inspection of my brand new home and tutorial of all the sprinkler settings and even set the sprinkler for auto mode

jacob and kris just came out. absolutely crushed the job! They are definitely the professionals you need. i had accidentally cut a wire & we located valves, traced wires with specialized equipment, & troubleshot until the sun went down. Everything is functioning well now. all for a very fair price. I definitely recommend & will call them for any future repairs.

These guys are legit They take everything with a sense of urgency and want to resolve your issues efficiently. They don’t hammer down on add ons either. Just honest all the way around. Overall. Called on wknd, received a call back immediately from Jason (owner). Polite and professional. Told me cost clearly up front, seemed quite reasonable. Received service from technician Damien 2 days later (others I had called were weeks out). Damien was/is extremely respectful and aware of my concerns (cost mostly as we most are I assume). He diagnosed and repaired almost immediately. We have a Hunter system (if that makes a difference to anyone). My husband and I are happy and with the immediate response and cost we will continue to support and recommend to others. Thank you.

Jacob and Kerry did an excellent job repairing what was absolutely necessary, flagging some potential repairs that may come up in the near future, and taking extra time to program our sprinkler system and provide some education about adjusting it quarterly. Very impressed with their professionalism.

So I had Josh come out to take a look at my system because I thought my backflow was broken. They were very fast scheduling and getting me on the books and they were able to come out within 24 hours. when Josh arrived he was able to solve the issue of my backflow, which thank God wasn’t broken and they were able to quickly remedy that issue. Joshua was able to do a full inspection of my entire system and repair three sprinkler heads that needed to be adjusted. all in all great experience, quick scheduling and most importantly, communication Jason from the team that set up everything was very good at communicating and let me know what was going on. Best part is they work within my timeframe which speaks volumes. The technician Joshua that came out, was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They will definitely be my go to Sprinkler Repair company in the future.

Jason and his partner professionally identified damaged/broken wires in multiple places and fixed those issues. They also checked all the sprinklers heads and controller to make sure everything was operating as expected.

They have a $120 trip fee for repair visits but refuse to share pricing for the actual repairs over the phone. It's the most ridiculous approach I've heard: a new customer has to commit to paying a high fee to get a quote and risk being stuck with an above-market repair fee structure! Opaque pricing like this just lacks business sense.
