We built our home 4 years ago and had a water softening system put in shortly after, unfortunately we didn’t have the most honest salesperson. We spent a lot of money on half the system we needed, I’ll take some blame on not doing the proper research. We’ve already had to replace “upgraded” appliances, so I decided dig into it. I called the guys at Mr.Rooter off a referral and I can say this was a completely different experience. First off they worked with my schedule and kept in constant communication all the way till arrival. Secondly, the guys looked at my system and explained what the system was missing, and what needed to be re-worked. They knew their business like a second language and when I didn’t understand Wes would explain it in non plumber terms. I decided to upgrade my system and add a filter to remove the chemicals. So now we have softened and pure water running throughout the house. I as expecting to have to wait a few more days for the tech to come out but to my surprise, these guys are the plumbers, not just inspectors/salesman. They hooked up my system in about an hour and left everything looking clean and neat. Awesome work gentleman. I will be using the company for all my plumbing needs going forward.

If I could give a million stars I would!! Wes is amazing!! He came out on Easter weekend (left a family event to come) and within minutes he figured out what was wrong, our AC unit was leaking.. He unclogged the drain and contacted the water mediation company for us. He is trustworthy and honest!! If you have any plumbing needs call Wes!!!!

We are in the market for a new water heater and reached out to Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Their consultant came to the house and spent nearly an hour with us and provided six different options—including a possible rebuild that could save us a lot of money. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and was professional, knowledgeable, and never once made us feel pressured with a sales pitch. Based on this experience, we’ll definitely be using Mr. Rooter Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs.
